McDonald's Morley

Placed an order on the McDonald’s app today at around 315 for coffees at McDonald’s in Morley. Reached the drive-through and was told the coffee machine was broken down. Okay No problems no coffee moved on. At 9: 45 tonight I was charged for the transaction. My bank was unable to reverse it. I found the number for McDonalds Morley by googling it and tried calling however, the phone call was rejected at least three times. Not enough that you can’t meet my order for you to turn around and charge me is really annoying and to not be able to contact you just takes the cake. Not happy, not happy not happy. I don’t really want to give you one Star here, but that’s all I’m being offered

I just went through drive-thru to get a drink and I encountered the amazing Alina. I've probably spelt her name wrong but she's an absolute queen! These five stars are for you girl keep being amazing x

Staff is not friendly.alway missing 2-3 nuggets every time we but 24 pcs.they didnt give tomato sause either.poor staff.better to replace manager and staff

Been there few times, either their systems are down or can't do this item can't do that. Would never want to go again.

Always being mediocre.

However, the last time I went. It was kind of disgusting.the one staff (probably new) made a mess with the frappe; grease marks were all over the cup and lid because their gloves were dirty, the lid was not put on probably so it keep falling off and onto the bench (I counted. 4 times) and in the end they put back on the same disgusting lid.

Empty drinks, empty chips. Really? Doesn't matter what you order large or small they will underfill every single item. Keep shrinking the cups and the chips and then underfill them. Really pathetic.

Love my local McDonald's most times food is hot & definitely tasty.some customer service can sound very rude when taking orders like they are in a hurry to serve the next person give people time to look at your menu other than that recommend this McDonald's A+

They could do with a bit more staff. They always seem under the pump and this reflects on the hygiene of the tables and floor. Room for improvement. I don’t blame the staff as they are always very obliging to clean a table if asked

Did asked for glass of water after having a meal, have been asked in really rude manner by one of the team member if I have ordered anything from here at all or not? Like seriously? Who ask such stupid question for just a glass of water at Meccas! Please fix it guys. This doesn't set good example of customer service at McDonald's.

I would say just fast instead of eating here!
Not clean and way too slow in preparing food.

Is usually pretty good. Occasionally they get the orders wrong but I put this down to maybe training new staff and they fix it in the end.

The staff forgot the toys for my daughter, the tables were horrible. There was unknown crusty substances on the ketchup packet and the service was slow. My wrap was stuck to the packet and the chicken nuggets was horrible. My wrap was redone but she grabbed the fillings from the old wrap and threw it into the new wrap ON THE WORKTOP. The only reason why I rates two stars is because the chicken was nice.

Not exactly a place that tells "come back again". It is only junk food, but should not come with the same standard of service.

Went there for lunch today at 11.30am
Had to wait for 15 minutes to get my order that I placed at the counter.
That missed the coffee that was placed first with the order with no apology. They even asked twice about milk in the coffee. The food had gone cold after receiving it. The El maco bun was stale and cold and squashed. And has made me sick all day. Staff and friends of staff came in and got there order straight away. There orders where numbered 174 and on where my order was 161. I felt it was a very bad experience and will never go back to any of your stores again and will express my opinion about my experience to freinds and family.

Good food. Sometimes the coffee is not made well by certain people. Original plan was to just go for drinks, but the food looked very tempting.

It is a place where I got the stupid service. They spoiled my day as when I ordered a dine in coffee, they served in a take away cup which I can't stand the taste. When I asked for a mug they poured the coffee from a take away cup to a large mug which is unsatisfactory. Then they served the toast in a cardboard box for the hot cakes. If they don't have enough cups and plates, pls close down the business and give the keys to some people who know how to care the customer needs. Today is the stupid day I got from Morley McDonald's.
My fate

Worst McDonalds I have ever had. Both the Big Macs (x2) and cheeseburger (x2) patty’s were way too over seasoned to eat, Big Mac’s were over sauced and the bottom of the burger buns were soggy. Disgusting! 4 meals that went straight in the bin!

Morley maccas. The greatest. A classic.

This is my go-to maccas. It's in a good location, orders are always perfect and I have many memories with my mates here. This will always be My Maccas.

I went there for McCafe. My guilty pleasure is mocha and Ham and cheese toastie.
But the cafe side of things is lacking. Not 1 poster is up no led tvs up no advertising, it looks like a dark room with a coffee machine in it and serves the purpose of an overflow space for the McDonald's its self.
Id rather the cafe anyday but with lack of care /attentio id go instead and get a coke and cheeseburger.
Toastie and mocha were good, its the presentation of the cafe itself. MEH!

Terrible Coffee, just tasted like off warm milk.
The service was good but because I didn't have time to go back and see if they could re-make the coffee.
