McDonald's Mirrabooka II

Very annoying service we waited in drive through like for 17minutes no one responded then we beeped he responded us in very rude way. We came all the way from thornlie. Worst behaviour ever experienced!

Worst ever English staff, we literally travelled 40km to have halal food.we waited 10 minutes in the drive through but no response we beep one time to get their attention but he was so rude and ask us to leave the drive through with abusive language. Maza nai aya don’t go there

Customer service was non-existent. The female toilets were filthy, and someone was sleeping in one of the toilet cubicles

The food and Service is good
They are halal certified
Not much spacious or ambiance

Customer service has gone downhill seeing managers on their phone while a customer is trying to get their attention is unacceptable, burgers look thrown together. McDonald’s standards have seriously fallen across multiple locations and need to be adressed

Start taking your own responsibility for your employees Forgetfulness to make everyone’s order rite. Tuesday 18th July 2023 made an order at Mirrabooka McDonald’s through ubereats. I only received coffee frappe and chocolate shake, You try and ring the store what’s the point of having a phone if you can’t answer it. CMON MACCAS PULL your heads in pay attention to your customers orders.
Missing a mchicken burger McFlurry vanilla McFlurry and custard pie

These teen workers need to be fired, educated and get a better job.

Terrible. Every time I go there it takes me at least 20 minutes to get a coffee sometimes more. On some occasions they have even forgot my order

Dont mean to be a Karen but I waited over 30 mins in the waiting bay for a large fanta and an ice cream cone: (saw like 6 cars come and leave in that time… i reminded one of the staff members but still nothing.had to drive through drive-thru again no apologies or compensation.not first time this happened rip

Worst McDonald's there is, low quality food and extremely low care for customers food. Go to Malaga if you want decent maccas.

Came in today @0838pm ordered a meal in large and gave us medium. Paid for large, we ordered a sundae and it was off. It tasted disgusting. Tried calling them and no answer. Horrible. Do not go here, will be reporting them to Health Inspectors ASAP. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Last night, I came around 3am - got excellent customer service from the staff, served with best coffee I ever had and her powerful smile made my day. Highly recommended.

They get the uber orders wrong all the time, you end up going to the store to get it fixed up, they forget the sauce and dont read instructions about the order ie no pickles.

Some brown lady on the second window hands my order haven't taken it yet and drops it stares at me for 5 seconds with an angry face and makes another one, already pays for a chocolate frappe but gives me a vanilla shake instead but when i drive out of the drive threw she says i dropped the nuggets when i didn't even touch it very unprofessional need to take the customer service modules again. AVOID this macdonalds if possible

Very slow sevice I waited for 40 minutes for my order the was taking each other totally unprofessional staff even no body was listening

I ordered a ham, cheese and tomato un-toasted sandwich and had to wait in the waiting bay. I’m not too sure why, as the bread wasn’t buttered or toasted and nothing was cooked, yet the car after me got their food before me without waiting.

They gave me the wrong order very disappointing with their attitude especially when a sugar drink is different mental to my health and made me extremely sick after they told me it with no sugar are you writing a review

It even isnt deserve my 1 star, this is the N times that they gave me the wrong order, the staffs were talking to each other too much than talk and ser the customers

Waited 15 mins at the counter to be served. Staff were "too" busy serving menulog drivers. Always the same at this store. Got tired of waiting, not one staff member made eye contact to acknowledge I was even at the counter. Walked out and went to Malaga store.
