McDonald's Midland reviews
56Just avoid this place. They honestly can't get anything right and they simply don't cate
Time and time again, they fail to make quality drinks. Today, I ordered a cappuccino, but they gave me a flat white which was bitter. Chai Latte was half full and the Iced Mocha didn't have the extras I added.
These issues are reoccurring at Midland and Midvale locations, disappointing to see they don't care to fix their lack of quality control.
No ice in drinks, slow service, and no monopoly tokens at all on a big mac or chicken burger.
Eggshell found in a McMuffin!
I've been using McDonald's all over the world for several years.
It's a pity that this is my first experience like this.
I was grateful that the staff asked me the menu number as I waited.
The inside of the store is clean and music continues to come out of the speakers with good sound quality.
The chicken nuggets are crispy and fresh. The hot chocolate is delicious. The new spicy beef burger is pretty good. A little spicy saladThe waiter forgot our chicken nuggets at firstIn general, it’s what you can eat at night nice food
MY BURGER HAD NO BOTTOM BUN, LITERALLY HAD THE LETTUCE, CHICKEN, TOP AND MAYO, ARE THEY BLIND, HOW DO U NOT FEEL THE CHICKEN WHEN U PICK IT UP THE BURGER, ARE YALL DUMB, SENSORY ISSUES, WRONG SAUCE, I ORDERED A CHOCOLATE FRAPPE, AND THEY CALLED ME UP AND ASKED IF I ORDERED A CARAMEL FRAPPE, WHEN I LITERALLY ORDERED A CHOCOLATE, MY OREO MCFLURRY WAS HALF EMPTY, THE WORKERS ARE ALL 12 YR OLDS.
Ordered 4 things from the window, got to pick up our food and it was missing half the order
Asked where the rest of the order was and got told we only paid for a chips and we needed to drive around again to reorder when the guy at the window misunderstood, not our fault ur stupid
This place is ww3, gave me the ww3 burger, ww3 victims in booths, ww3 trench warfare parking lot, ww3 infantry typa staff staring customers down waiting for they daily ration, and actual ww3 fighting bc apparently the city regulations can’t keep a peace treaty between your local mcdonalds and the locals. This place is crazy.
Ordered a cheese burger meal with
extra side of mayonnaise. On reaching the pick up hatch (in drive through). 3.30pm Thursday 7th Oct. I politely double checked with an impatient sounding serving lady - whether mayonnaise was in the bag. "yes, yes, yes, yes" (actual words i.e move along you're holding me up). She replied. On arrival home nil mayo but a wad of 20 extra napkins.
The instore ordering machine didnt print out a receit so it took up the staffs time to sort it out, the cleanliness of the tables could have been better
Not even one star ordered a chicken and cheese I got a chicken and half a cheese and quarter of the cheese was not even in the burger. Food was made with no respect they should change the name to chicken and half and cheese.
Paid 4.80 for 3/4 of ice when I ordered an iced coffee. What a joke. Manager needs to hire proper staff rather then bring in another countries attitude problems.
Ordered over the counter, food was prepared well but then sat at the counter as there seemed to be no one making drinks, after 12 minutes the drinks finally arrived, I found myself a tray to carry the food and as expected it was cold. Very disappointing.
Their frappe machine has been broken for about 2 months and there's no sign at the drive thru, just a heads up! Go to Midvale store instead
This McDonald's restaurant is reasonably clean and staff helpful. The toilets were average, but could have done with a little more attention. The men's toilet was it of service which required the use of the disabled toilet. This is not my go-to McDonald's restaurant but it is conveniently located near the hospital.
I have been here twice and they have managed to get my order wrong 3 times. The 2nd time I went I waited 30min for a burger which only had meat, cheese and onion. Customer service or an apology - well FORGET ABOUT THAT. They fell short of throwing the order at me. I was not rude, angry or nasty and will never go back!
Not impressed about very slow service today. Restaurant was quiet, at least three staff were not busy/cooking. Ordered 9 soft service icecreams, for elderly residents waiting on a bus. Cones needed to be retrieved from the back, twice for some reason. All the while a manager kept her talking. When I asked if they could get on with the order, I got given excuses instead of an apolgy from the manager and a foul stare down from the lady serving me. A trainee then proceeded to finally get us the ice creams. The manager was not wearing a hat, scratching her skull and hitching up her trousers. Not a good look. Ice creams were well received though.
Absolute disaster! Tried to order 2 coffees and had to wait 20min. Went back to the counter to get it refunded cause I run out of time. Shameful!
Honestly drive the extra 5 mins and go to the midvale one. Your burger will be assembled and what you recive has a higher chance of being what you order. Always new faces here and always overly busy.
An ordinary maccas they do get crowded and have given wrong orders sometimes not the worst far from the best in this chain
