The service gate was unlocked so kids just wanted to play with that.

It seems that unless a particular manager is in-store, your requests are not followed. The crew seem miserable and in bad moods and the managers are willing to cut corners and hope customers don't notice.

I recently moved to Beckenham and, after a couple weeks of exploring the area's cafes, I have picked this place for my daily morning coffees. This is consistently the restaurant with the cleanest bathroom. Much appreciation to the janitors, because I know how difficult it is to keep a public bathroom clean!

My child's order was missing. Rang the restaurant and they said they can't do anything. Very disappointed.

The restaurant toilets and play areas were disgusting. Rubbish bins were full. Floors dirty. No one cleaning. This place needs a disinfectant

Getting my car serviced at Hyundai's coffee machine seemed to have issues, so I thought I'd head across the road to Maccas. I ordered a coffee through their self-serve machine, and there was no ticket. I didn't receive a ticket and was greeted by a somewhat agitated woman who just pointed at the screen; yes, it's ordered and walked off. She wasn't happy; maybe they were understaffed, but unfortunately, the customer won't see that. Tip: Take a breather and understand you are not the only one facing this dilemma in the workplace. I was considering 1 star for service, but I know the frustration.

Burgers and coffee were good
Waited 10 minutes for 3 ice cream 2 cones and a mcflurry by the time got the ice cream it was melted

Rudest staff i have EVER witnessed.absolutely no customer service, i ordered my meal respectfully, used my manners, and spoke politely only to have my eyes rolled at me, and not even a polite “what can i get for you today” they messed up my order 3 times, each time i went in i spoke politely, apologised for being an inconvenience etc.not one person said a single word to me each time, only rolled their eyes and muttered under their breathes after messing up a McMuffin 3 times.i’ve worked in fast food and i know how stressful it is and how full on it is, but this was just absolutely appalling. No manners, no customer service, very hostile.

Worse chai latte, order large with toastie.too sweet, too much powder. Had to throw in bin. First time visit in this mcdonald, i m regular customer in Mcdonald riverton.order same. This was terrible & girl on coffee machine has attitute. Sad to say, but never cmng back.

Service not good if you're a uder eats driver staff not organised people going in kicthen and there not staff orders every were

The side salad is the worst ever compare to other mcdonald and this is the second time already. There were hardly any Cherry tomatoes and lettuce and they always don't have balsamic vinegar.

This time the grill chicken tasted stringy.

But Maddington is one of the best McDonalds I've been to they have a secret menu which I love just ask any manager or staff for the secret menu and you'll be granted a 35% discount on all food on the menu

I waited 20 minutes for one hash brown. This isn’t the first time but it’s definitely the last time. They should close it down, I only come for the coffee but keep making mistakes and buying hasbrowns. Never again. Manager Lara was very rude

Never get my sugar in my coffee, even when you ask them at the window to not forget it! Dont waste your time just go to gosnells down the road they never get it wrong!

If i could give zero stars I would, gave me the wrong order so I went back, then the guy argued with me, then shoved the drink into my hand, so disgusted all i asked for is my drink to be replaced with what I paid for

We were keen to get the Waygu beef burger and weren't disappointed. The staff were polite and diligent in the restaurant. It was interesting that our dine in choice was served in takeaway bags rather than on a tray. Perhaps pandemic cleaning regimes have altered familiar routines.

For the last few orders, I’m not getting them delivered correctly through ubereat drivers. It’s either you’re not getting the order correctly or ubereat drivers not getting the order correctly delivered to me. Recently I don’t like their service

Coffee are milky and no coffee taste at all (Just Milk in a cup). And i just simply "Try to help" just asking can i selfserve/pick up the coffee myself, instead of table service, But the employee under stress mode.said "Cant you see i got lots of order on the screen here", Not even wanna reply the right way and she walk away to keep making coffe.
I understand 15 customer, order once are hard. I am working in this industry too.
But you Mcdonal got approx 10 staff working this morning but still make the barrister feel stress and upset the customer. Manager you need to so something mate.

Has been good the last couple of visits. Still don't like the basic menu at order box. Would like a few more items available before 10: 30am. But havnt had my order wrong for quite a while

The two women on the drive through, word, women used very loosely.were ignorant, obnoxious and were swearing at my family because they were incompetant. Wow guys, customer.not service. You should be sacked. If I could give a negative rating I would. Trash is all I can say, absolute gutter trash. Find a new job.
