The staff there deserve a medal for the stress and abuse they took from patrons due to chronic understaffing. Waited an hour for chicken nuggets and a burger.

Customer service was atrocious, asked the lady working if both drinks were meant to be large and gave me back a stinky attitude say no look this was a medium all for asking a question, and when I got home to eat my food it was cold and frozen coke was 3/4 of the way full. Don’t recommend going to this Maccas for some late night food

Absolutely useless. Peak time, I understand but I waited in line for 15 minutes. All I wanted is a chocolate Sundae. It was half full, very little chocolate. I had to say something to the young lady!

Just to bring a kind notice towards the nuisance in the kitchen seen as a customer.
I am waiting here on 11 oct 2023 at 22: 22 since more than 20 minutes to pickup and order the staff is saying we have other people to serve as well.
Great attention required towards the manager on duty as he is not wearing a name tag also he is not even helping the other staff members in preperation of food i am unable to get the name as he is not wearing a name tag but a kind request to restaurant owner to pay attention towards the unprofessional manager.

Seen and heard young lady Manager using really bad swearing words towards staff. No wonder they dont look happy i feel sorry for them.

Staff = Rude, Food = Still waiting for it, Service = Snail pace, life is too short for “Fast Food” should only be 3min 22 seconds, the more people the faster the service, but not these days, especially here.

Ordered the BBQ bacon angus in a medium meal and it's just hopeless. The burger was overflowing with sauce, was sort of cold and since when is there lettuce in that burger? The fries were cold and felt like card board. It's almost like the people working there don't want to be there.

My family and i are regulars and i got to say you guys aren't that bad until today my mom ordered from you guys a a frozen coke but then it broke and this isn't the first time its constant are everyone is so sick of it and then to top it all of when we got the rest of are order you forget to put a cheeseburger in and we only realised when we got home so overall thank you for messing up are order mcdonalds!

If I could rate a 0 I would
I was in the drive through longer than a zone at school
For a whopping 40 minutes
Hungry jacks all the way
I definitely was not mc lovin it
It was a mc disaster
I think I had a nap while I was in the drive threw it took so long just for a happy meal and a soft serve

Great opportunity for the less fortunate as it seems the place is run by special needs people. 19minute wait for 2 burger meals and they couldn't even remember the fries.

If the business cares about customer concerns, they'd take more consideration into reading them rather than sitting back and doing squat all. I ordered a moderately sized order of a large cheeseburger meal, four apple pies and nuggets with sauce. Seems doable, however it was within error that it was during peak hour, numerous orders on the screens, delivery, drive thru etc. My biggest sympathies for the workers there, but we had to wait 13 minutes for it to come. We watched and waited patiently for everyone to grab their orders. Unfortunately, they couldn't do our 4th pie, I was ready to do a transaction return on my card but nope, they gave me the payment of the pie with coins- just why? Furthermore, perhaps hire competent workers and do a thorough interview process- I had to witness a worker who gave up on talking with another who may not even be on shift and a random girl (a friend?) during this highly stressful time, they stayed at the counter for some reason for 5 minutes, not moving out of the way, inconsiderate of others around them. Some gall she has to not help out. Consider not coming here unless a news article states there is a massive improvement to the store, it produces fast food and confusion.

Terrible service and terrible quality. This place used to be reliable but has gone down hill over the last year to the point where it's really not worth it. Orders nearly always have something missing and the quality of the food is bad. Don't waste your time or money.

Drive through is always so slow and have to wait for a long time to even get to the pay station. Not dry convenient especially when in a rush. Has always been like this and have never improved

Convenient location along Wanneroo road, and after some construction/ road, entering from Wanneroo road is now even easier to navigate. This store operates their drive through and delivery service 24 hours a day, 7 weeks a week.
Unfortunately, all it took was 1 employee, to absolutely turn me off attending the store again simply to not risk seeing this employee again. This employee maintained their disgraceful customer service for the 3x customer before me and 1x customer after me. Everyone has bad days, but there was and is absolutely no reason to treat innocent paying customers so horribly.
Thankfully, the employee whom handed me my order was pleasant and great example of positive customer service.

I come here often, heaps better than Girrawheen store. I was served by CJ, hands down best customer service I've experienced in ages. If I was the owner I'd look after CJ he definitely is an asset to the store.
