Bad customer service, food excellent, wait time wayyyyyyy tooooo loooooong:) but lids on drinks fall off

It's a Macca's, what can one say? It's clean, fast service and they make one hell of a sausage muffin.

Everything was fresh and correct. The lobby and dining room were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful

I ordered a sundae with custard and raspberry pie here, but the girl gave us almost “no ice cream sundae” and a “little” portion of pie too. I hope you improve your servings here, we don't want to waste money for nothing.

Its Macca's.but I will give the staff an xtra star. Polite with smiles goes a long way. No not politely smiling.actual smiles.

I ordered a hamburger, OMG the size of a 50 cent coin with nothing in it. If you went to a cafe and you got this you would laugh. How about some of the so called managers go through there drive through and see what there company is trying to sell. Would be happy to pay more for a real hamburger!

Having five workers in total whom are actually working is a joke. There are many staff members standing, eating, drinking and talking. I was waiting 25 minutes for my order in which others whom ordered after me got there’s and they had more items then I.

As a single muscular good looking man, for me personally, these fine crew have looked after me every day for breakfast for almost 4 years. They are almost like family, and like family it is good to catch up briefly, but not overstay the welcome.hahaha, man I'm funny. I'm lovin' it.

I did online order and paid online but on first counter I was told that you payment has declined but I assure her and show her my account details that amount has been charged I can see it on my mobile but the manger insisted to pay manually by card and told me that the earlier amount declined is pending and will return to account but they charged me twice for one meal.very unprofessional staff.will never go there again.

I waited 15 minutes for a small cheeseburger meal. Watching around 10 employees walking around bumping into things. The managers watched on with stupid looks. The personal hygiene of some of the staff were less than desirable. Absolute pathetic service and managers.

Staff at the drive thrust last Wednesday weren't the most polite I've come across but we all have bad days. I only bought a coffee

Such a dirty McDonalds. The sides of the tables aren’t wiped. The glass fires are disgusting. If you’re like me and climb into the slides with the kids you will feel like a shower afterwards. Not sure how often they clean these play centre areas but it’s either not done properly or often enough. Had to give 2 stars due to very polite staff and the fact that they have to deal with not so polite customers.

It's a mcdonalds. Dual drive through to speed up the experience, friendly staff. Food hot. Can get busy, tight drive thru fit for larger cars- stick to the outside lane.

Nice food, one of my favourite McDonalds to go to but for goodness sake people get a specialist onto those frappe machines so they can work all the time please.

To start with the guy on headset was fantastic (which I did tell the manager at the next window) the food was so fresh and always is here. The lady in the next window was also happy and friendly

Honestly next level customer service. There was an issue with our mobile app order, the manager Heather, was absolutely amazing in accommodating us. She was incredibly polite and helped us to sort it out. We received freshly made food, and smiles on our faces. Thank you Heather There should be more like you

Absolutely atrocious, after coming here a week ago and and being let down after drive through only, we came back back a week later only to find still it was drive through only, no reason no nothing

so, we ended up finding a way to order, a guy next to us went to the window and ordered so we followed, we were then discriminated against, and when we asked to be served, the manger closed the door on us and refused, we have done nothing wrong and have done nothing to be refused service, this is discrimination at its finest, fix yourself maccas, fix yourself

The worst fries I've ever had at any McDonald's in my life ever absolutely vile they must have cooked them by leaving them to dry in the outback. Burger was greasy and smothered in sauce cant believe the price of this garbage.

Only came here to say that James is the kindest, most proficient employee I’ve ever experienced at any McDonalds. Don’t ever let him go!

Ordered ubereats
Burger came with no sauce
Nuggets no sauce
Drink no ice
And chips were cold and old
I live 5 away from this location so it's not the long distance for food to be getting cold like this.

I also drive for ubereats and the staff at this location just ignore you when you arrive, no hello, no how may I help you.nothing more concerned with driver thru than people in the store

I think some more training could happen with staff here,

Thankfully I own an airfryer and ice machine
