Guy in drive through doesn’t know how to input code through app, 2 times I have given code but both times I had to pay and get less order

Disgusting and horrible service especially from the manager. The many 1 star reviews speaks for itself.

Gone to much towards the app or machine service, been twice of late and getting noticed to get personal service was very hard. Once served all OK.

This is my second Sunday; I have been so lucky with my coffee at this shop because my stomach started rumbling after drinking it.

The reason may have been the MILK.

Receipt printers have not worked for months, order numbers given are flashed on “blink and you’ll miss it” screen and it different from numbers called by service staff. Table service number stands deliberately removed even when service is still an available option from self service counters.

Dirty hand prints on most glass surfaces despite being in the morning, floors are grimy with dirt and graffiti in toilets.

Housekeeping standards have definitely declined since the opening of this store.

Omg this is the dirtiest McDonald's in the world, I couldn't sit in side at 8am, place is filthy

Pretty decent mc donalds i'd say.fast ish service even when busy and the quality of the food is pretty good compared with the other mc donalds i have had in this town. One thing to watch out for is the ordering machines sometimes dont print out a ticket so be vigilant on the screen when that number pops up for a milisec, and otherwise if you missed the number, just go up to the counter and ask them over to give you your number.

The play area was dirty with dust and debris.
The bathroom change table was broken and fell off, when I pointed this to the staff they said "oh yeah we know. We are waiting for it to be fixed". I asked them to put up a notice to warn users, I don't know if that has been implemented as I won't rush back.

This is probably the best McDonald's in Perth hands down (and I've been to most of them!)

I Wish I could give zero rating. The lady manager on the shift is very disrespectful and rude. Waited for so long at the counter. I actually took them so long to turn up at the counter and ask what the customer needs. Even after that I had to wait 30 minutes for my order which is ridiculously high for a fast food restaurant. Zero customer service and extremely bad expirence. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALDS. Utterly disappointed.

Not even the one to post reviews but its now been happened more then a handful of times yous have missed items out of my order wether its thru drive thru or delivery.and the fact I’ve finally had enough and contacted yous, the woman I was speaking to just hung up on me and didn’t even care to try to communicate with me (only answered again cos I kept ringing) must of thought I was lying but why would I waste my money to order it again if I was? Honestly so rude! Some of your co-workers/managers need to find a new job if they cant complete/double check orders or at-least fix the issue when it was their stuff up on their end.

Waited 27 minutes and did not get served when there was 2 orders on the screen and I stepped away to order on the machine another customer stepped up and got served insantly. I needed to ad things to my order and I couldn’t even get it

Hi please have a young girl Silvana work at your store more often. I beg. She's absolutely a sweet crew and has so much patience for customers in which she values them. I strongly recommend her to work more at your store because she offers amazing personal qualities also. Thank you McDonald's Karawara, I'll definitely be coming back to your store!

How do they manage to destroy perfectly good food. Do they do special training to shock customers with their poorly constructed burgers? I don’t know how they managed to fold the corner of my double cheeseburger, I don’t know how they managed to pour sauce on the outside the burger and not inside. The Mustard thumbprint on the grill order was a nice touch. No stuffs given at Karrawara Mcdonalds, none at all

Hey man i know it was a kinda busy afternoon service during the school holidays but i got an angus beef borger for take away and when i opened the box and had a look at my borger and there was no cheese although i didnt ask for no cheese so i was sad but i won an instant win from the monopoly thing so im not as sad anymore anyway i was gonna give a 4 star rating but my friend told me to give a 2 star rating so here have a 3 star rating.

Every few years I give McDonald's another chance. This visit was just as disappointing as the last. The digital order screens took somewhat longer than a human serving me would have. Both my chips and chicken mcspicy burger were too cold and the long black coffee was about 98 degrees. But that's ok, they served it in 2 cups so it wouldn't burn my hands. Newsflash McDonald's: I still need my mouth to drink.
Oh, and the chicken burger was both tiny and only had lettuce and mayo other than the deep fried chicken fillet. Plus it had fallen apart in the very short trip from counter to table.
Oh, and the entire meal was provided in disposable takeaway packing despite me requesting to eat in the "restaurant".
I won't be back in a very long time.

This facility is gross! Right from the front door it looks unhygienic and is. There was no hand sanitiser or napkins anywhere, all of the tables were littered and sticky. So much so that 2 families walked in and back out again in the short duration we were there.
My teen son needed to use the toilet but walked in and back out as it was the worst he'd seen according to him.
The staff were too busy to assist.
On the bright side the sundaes were delicious, thank you.

Called to make sure pokemon toys were available, the manager told me they were and that If I ordered on uber eats they'd provide the pokemon toys and not space jam. Received the happy meals with space jam, I was buying these meals specifically for the pokemon promotion and even double checked, what a waste of money I am very disappointed.

- Edit, have called the store and they have been able to swap the space jam for the pokemon! 5 star:)
