McDonalds ~ YOU SERIOULSY NEED TO CATER FOR VEGETARIANS.
EVEN A SALAD BURGER WITH CHIPS WOULD BE GREAT!

Not very happy chappy ordered a frozen coke and was looking forward to it when I open up the lid I find that it has been half filled this is very disappointing as I usually go here and it is always good

Which I could get this no stars. The service they presented was the worst i’ve ever seen, I originally ordered a small cheeseburger meal, and this Mcdonald’s messed up my order and said i can get it replaced, they asked for my name which is supplied them with, But tonight i went there and it never showed up on the system, the attitude i got given made me sick to my stomach, as a person working in fast food i know this attitude is unacceptable, the manager who gave this attitude is a tallish, big build man with a nose piercing, so i wasted my money on a meal just for it to be messed up twice, and i wish this was the end of this review but the restaurant was absolutely appalling, from trolleys in the restaurant to over flowing bins to receipts hanging to the floor, i would not understand how any one would want to eat in here, So basically never come to this mcondalds as they scam you and the restaurant is filthy.

Extremely disappointed in the service and was told when we didn’t get the right drinks to just “drive thru again” by manager who was extremely disrespectful and ended up getting our order wrong.

I order cappuccino extra hot & but they gave very cold sausage & egg muffin bread very hard to bite it’s not first time I order drive through all the time had a mistake pls don’t do it again & again

Over 15 mins to get my meal and other people ordered after me but got there food before me staff did not care at all ask to speak to Manger but he never came out very poor service and staff as well so many people waiting for there meals very unprofessional

30 minutes wait for coffee and frozen muffin; dirty tables, floors and chairs; no apologies when we had to ask for our order! Come on McDonald’s Gosnells, do the job properly!

Good McDonald's but play area is small. The soft serve was a good size and coffee is not bad here.

Had to wait a while (about 20 minutes) in the dining room for our order.food was decent— only warm, not hot, must have been sitting around for a bit.customer service is okay, and the dining room is nicely decorated.

Twice I've been here before and no one both times were behind service counter. Took a while before anyone would take my order.and one of these times they got my order wrong. I believe they expect everyone to order on the screens. Pathetic

I went through drive through and they kept serving the other side. They served 3 cars before they took my order. They ran out 9f books for the kids meal so had to have a plastic toy. The fries were OK not too bad.

Ive been in the dthru for 35-40mins and i received my single meal and the chips really cold.cant believed it! The mngr didnt even say sorry why im waiting for too long.

Two lanes for drive thru and premises were clean and tidy and staff were friendly. Order was correct. The order was quickly served.

Its ok if youre there in person, but when you order delivery they always make a mistake and when you call them they don’t want to do anything about it. I was just told to contact doordash about missing items like the doordash guy stole food… but the Mcdonalds bag was unopended so the problem was with Mcdonalds not doordash.

Very lazy staff whenever we go there waiting time

Average to slow speed, regardless of how many people are around also even with those conditions they still get things wrong

Ordered 3 coffee. Worst i ever try.
Not barista standard.
More milk than coffee.
Mocha still can see chunky chocolate not disslove yet.

I normally don't do review but after i got a wash warm almost cold full of oil and the most disappointment part was, the apple pie that normally is always nice and hot, its was cold and old, it taste bad: (

It's McDonald's.
What can I say.
You either like it an eat it all the time.
Or once in a blue moon.
No matter how you have McDonald's it's junk real junk.
In 30 years I've never ever had a service without it being incorrect in some way missing an item or weather it be missing napkins that I've asked for or a simple request always gets over looked or forgotten.

Give me McDonald's so I can through it in the bin.

Was charged over price and was not given a answer to why. Left not getting any food as price different from sign to paying price.
