McDonald's Girrawheen

This store used to be quite good but lately it’s really gone downhill. From McMuffin buns that have only had one side steamed to egg shells in the eggs…today was the last straw. I sent my 2 kids in to claim monopoly vouchers and they came back to the car 10-15 minutes later in tears because no one would serve them. I went back in with them and we waited another 10-15 minutes to receive 2 small sprites and a small chips. The sprites had no ice or fizz to them, it was like watered down syrup or cordial. No one wanted to serve us at the counter and no one knew what they were doing. Really not impressed.

Drive through is useless and your lucky if you get any of your orders right, thay also will make you drive forward 3 meters past drivethrough window when no other cars are w8ing so there little alarm that tells them there taking to long on an order doesnt go off, so thay can take 20 mins messing around making your order than is never correct.worst customer service at a maccas ive been to in australia. (ps this isnt a 1 off thing ether.id say 90% of orders are wrong at this maccas and never fast service even when its dead)

Girrawheen MacDonald's would have to be the worst of all the stores. When you go at least 5 times a week to this store and never not once has an order been correct and it's always doing a system update.

Waited 15 min in the parking bay, while other cars getting burgers etc, only to have to go in and be given a stone cold burger and chips, had to argue with the manager to get replacement food, no apology, wont go there again

I recently visited McDonald's and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with cold food. I ordered a Big Mac, but when I received my order, it was noticeably cold and i special mentioned ‘can you please make it fresh’ but still they gave me a cold food. The burger patty was also disappointingly cold, and the cheese hadn't even melted properly.

I would appreciate it if McDonald's could take this feedback seriously and work on improving their food quality and service to avoid such disappointments in the future.

45 minutes waiting for a coffee and it's cold by the time I got to the window. This is not the first time and it won't be the last time. Worst ever should be compensating every body for waiting. Kids and pets were tortured and I could see and hear everyone's frustration and people have to go to the window from out of their cars to check what the hell was going on. Never ever again going to Girrawheen McDonald's.

The place is usually dirty, and service is bad, it used to be good until now.the food is usually stale and they always give the wrong order.

Seriously, I'm a fan of mcdonald, most of the food and drink you guys done pretty well.
BUTTTT the Hot Latte is terrible. Please! If you guys can not do a proper barista coffee then do not do it. Do not sell the Latte please, my Hot latte is just full of milk, i could not taste any coffee flavor

Update: Haven't been ordering food but coffees have generally been okay until today. Ordered cappuccino with skim milk. All I could taste was thick creamy milk, no coffee flavour. Please take the time to make proper barista coffees and ffs use the milk requested! If I wanted hot milk, I'd ask for it

Waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries to then be told to go to waiting bay wait another 5 minutes and see three customers served fried went inside to demand a refund and got no apology and now going to work hungry with no time to get
My food.

Friendly but slow service, sloppy greasy food, staff member had trouble understanding English.

Went through drive-thru ordered 2x bacon and egg meals and 3x hotcakes the lady put the two bacon egg meals and the butter and syrup in with the meals. Then handed me the hotcakes no bag to me and had to ask for bag for the hotcakes got home and all the syrup was over the hush browns and burgers.rang McDonald’s and spoke to Jessica the manager was rude and arrogant had to bring the food back for them to replace its 5.50am why would I drive 10mins waste my petrol for cold food and get all the kids out again for there mistake. Restaurant was dirty and disgusting.

Consistently get my order wrong. I don't go here any more, despite the fact it's the closest one to me.

Avoid at all cost. Waited 40min for a flat white and chips. Would give no stars if possible.

Slowest drive through service in perth. Multiple occasions ordering a coffee, waiting times are up to 30 mins. Appalling!

20+ minute wait in the carpark. After going inside & prompting staff, food was cold & parts of the order were missing. S#@T!

I would to say one of the best customer experience I have faced for a long time, orders through the my maccs app the discount code would not work, spoke to nice gril through drive. Thur I am sorry I missed her name she understood the situation asked her manager and they retook the order and appled the code. If anyone from the head office is reading this please give them a pay rise, Thank you Guys so much

McDonalds Girawheen is absolutely the worst I've ever been to. Drive through is excruciatingly slow & my order is ALWAYS wrong. Sadly I never realise that till I get home. It's only convenient because it's so close to home BUT, today was my last order there. I usually give a place the benefit of the doubt but this time I'm going out of my way to write a bad review because this store is deserving of it.

The services was use less waiting for food for 10 minutes for my order and young kids were absolutely useless working at maccarsx

Missing nuggets from my order and double Big Mac shrank down to the normal Big Mac.
