McDonald's Forrestfield

Bought a double cheeseburger but got single pattie when asked the service crew she arrogantly answered look at the label it says double. When I checked it's only one pattie. I didn't have any energy to argue so I left. Burger was poorly made, looked unappetising and dried. Great motivation for staying away junk food

Drinks taste like syrup, Food is always cold and made poorly. The chips are literally old and when you purchase extras, do you get em, no! My Uber order bag was opened which the stickers weren’t stick on, chips are old, no extras to the burgers and the hash browns were oily.

Always get the absolute best bacon and egg mcmuffin on Tuesday mornings. Whoever you guys have making the food at 4 am on Tuesday mornings is a master of the kitchen. Eggs are always perfect; that guy must be the best employee working there.

Disgusting toilets. Looks like it hasn't been done for a long time. Was hoping to wash my hands but the soap dispenser don't even have a nozzle/button to get some soap out. The hand dryer is super dirty. Toilets aren't scrubbed and there was very little toilet paper to begin with.

I'd be shocked if any stuffed up at the level this branch does.

Everytime we order a simple meal we always get told to wait in the waiting bay.
When I use to work at hungry jacks and mac Donald's never use to be what it is now.

Everyone’s order gets served first, Walk-ins, drive thru.everyone gets theirs except the delivery driver. They’re always last.

Things need to change. Some Maccas in WA treat delivery drivers by sending them outside, some allow them inside, some have waiting rooms for them.

Wait and wait in the hot sun outside. So when it rains? Pray your family members or loved ones aren't delivery drivers.

KFC, hungry jacks don’t treat delivery drivers like Maccas does. We are human. Feels like dogs they leave outside the mall. I guess coz we're not white or just immigrants or all of the above? !

Once too often my orders have been wrong and the coffee is burnt more often than not. Friendly staff and clean, just get orders correct!

Forgot two of our chips.had to drive back and retrieve them which was a bit annoying. Chips were hot though!

I've had the wrong order given to me 3 times in one week - this regularly happens yet I have never ever been offered anything to rectify this, I'm usually lucky if I get a sorry.

Consistent, and the staff seem to care about how they prepare the burgers! Always yummy and as they should be.good job, keep it up!

Didnt get the order right after waiting 10mins had plenty of time to check it was right and still forgot half the meal

The customer service I’ve been getting has been shocking! A few of the ladies there don’t speak politely, one lady completely ignored me as I was trying to speak and snatched the money out of my hands! Disgusting

This McDonalds is always on point! I have ordered from here well over 100 times over the last few years and I don't think they have ever got my order wrong. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Staff are always polite and friendly. Always quick service even at 3am in the morning when everything is made fresh it's still pretty quick considering.

Check your dockets peeps, over charged for drinks not ordered on lunch and again with icecreams on the way out.

Very poor drive through customer service
it is Saturday morning I wait in one line and they keep Taking orders on other drive-through line made me wait for three cars and guess what finally I have to go to window in order to place my order
This is my last meal never coming back to you if you have a courtesy to discuss contact me

We tryd to go threw drive threw they let 3 cars threw before us and still hadn't taken our order, obviously there is a issue with the split drive way not being able to sensor large 4wd as this is a reaccuring issue not just with this macdonald.we end up having to just drive to the window, gave the lady our order whent to next window food took ages to get to us the orders where all wrong and missing multiple food.chips tasted like they'd been scrapped from the bottom of the fryer and was totally over charged.very dissatisfied

Consistently fast, fresh and friendly. Best chips ever, and I've never been given the wrong order or had to wait an unreasonable amount of time

I do not like the self serve booths, and the atmosphere indoors is not pleasant with all the loud buzzes, beeps and sirens coming from the kitchen.
But, Mcdonalds food is still the same.

Should of known at 10.50 pm the burgers (big Mac) was sat in a baine maree when the bun was crispy, not soft as usual.at least they got my money, they're happy. Grrr
