62Best staff ever. The workers are always helpful and polite and the managers as well. Everyone seems to be working hard and also enjoying their job, I wish I worked there!
Usually only go through Drive-Thru for a McFlurry every now and again, but can guarantee 99% of the time that the icecream machine is conveniently 'broken' after a certain time of the day.
Okay. People making burgers need to take more care/pride in their work. Aside from getting the order wrong, (which was very quickly rectified by the manager when brought to her attention, thank you), our burgers were all lop-sided and looked very slap-dashedly/carelessly assembled (see images where sauce and cheese - which looks like it is trying to escape the box - mostly on the side of the burgers). I realise Maccas is affordable fast food, and call me fussy, but to me 'fast' does not mean a 'no care' approach.
The female manager with brown hair has amazing customer service - every time I see her she’s always very friendly & sweet ️ but they definitely gave me a chocci milkshake with cream on top instead of a frappe lol
Very glad that MacDonald's is open on Christmas day 2022. Everything else is closed in Mandurah.
Ok for a McDonald's, unfortunately left outside waiting for our order for 15 minutes, eventually we went inside to be told wait in the car there had been a delay. No apology just wait I the car
Went to restaurant at 10pm when it says it closes at 11pm not a worker to be seen. Coming to this restaurant the past 10 years not a surprise, staff not great and food even worse do not recommend.
Everytime I've went I've had a good experience. Staff are friendly, food is usually hot and quick. Definitely the better McDonalds over the other ones around Mandurah.
The service was great and the cappuccino coffees hot and well made not burnt as some maccas outlets have.
Normally good after 7 pm young staff are on to busy stuffing around out the back fight over who taking orders out to cars and left on bench almost 10 min while standing at the counter
Incredibly polite customer service. Efficient in queues and got my order right. One star taken off for inside cleanliness and food left on tables. All around satisfied with my experience.
Horrible restaurant. The children working at this restaurant need to be taught manners! It starts at home, I don't believe it's the manager's fault. The staff are always rude and constantly making mistakes meal orders! Food is never up to scratch and presentation is poor! They only allow two cars to enter the drive-thru at a time, which creates a line of cars spewing onto the road. Also the staff don't use the waiting bays out the front as they can't be bothered walking orders out, they get you to park at side of restaurants door to collect drive-thru Meals.

Not happy when my time gets wasted waiting in line and I can't even order the product I want. Due to this McDonald's menu rules being different to other McDonald's.
I can’t have dairy I asked for a coffee with almond milk and they gave me dairy milk so thanks I got sick!
Door shut at 10 pm I wonder if the owner knows you shut your doors at dinner time a lot of people don't finish work until 9
Pathetic mate, ordered chips and nuggets, asked for sweet and sour and ketchup and i got 1, singular tomato sauce packet. Like bruh what u want me to do with 1 sauce packet? Put it on 3 singular chips?
Waiting over 10 minutes for 3 icecream in cones, had to ask about order when people behind me had received their orders already. They completely forgot about my order.
Poor customer communication via manager taking orders, never get what you order propperly.greenfields store has recently hired ALOT of new staff yet the management seems to fine. Mandurah forum mc donalds needs to pickup their game.
