58Apparently the owner of this establishment is so incredibly stingy, that they limit you to 1 ketchup packet per person. So if you order a large fry, you could maybe put ketchup on a quarter of your order. These McDonald's are profitable… The owners make a lot of money. And yet they decide they need to niggle loyal customers over ketchup packets that cost close to nothing. It's pretty incredible. Talk about lack of gratitude towards your customers, if you can't even give them enough ketchup for their fries… We are talking about ketchup packets here! I can't believe the depths of greed and cheapness that some people fall to. Pretty disappointing. Take your money elsewhere smh
Had wraps, chips and burgers. It was cooked fresh and tasty. Quick service. Not too busy. Table and chairs need to be sanitized and wiped as a bit dirty and dusty.
Some staff are a delight, some kinda hate their job and you can tell. Almost never get what we pay for the first time around. Literally just took a patty out of someone else's burger to put in ours because they forgot one.
The same, I was drunk and I couldn't walk. So I decided to stop in the only thing opened and eat some trash.
Was the only person in the restaurant waiting for my coffee, nothing happened. I asked and she said there it is. I replied I didn’t know. She replied Well I shouted. Then the coffee wasn’t good either. If you’re going to charge like a cafe, you better be as good.

No counter service when entry.cant use voucher from Entertainment book, staff and store manager said they dont know how to input the code.really weird. And the voucher was wasted since the code has been clicked.
Waited a long time to be served, they could even say good morning, and when I got my meal, I think Mc Donalds, are making the burgers smaller, but charging the same price.
Wasn't overly impressed.
Staff not very well organised, no staff member come out to clean the restraint the whole time we were there and there was rubbish everywhere
Not happy. Ordered a Chicken Deluxe. Got back to accommodation opened said box as pictured in first pic. Found a Quarter Pounder with bacon as pictured in second pic. Have a feeling I've been ripped but couldn't be bothered returning. 1 is too much.
Just want to say thank you on behalf of McDonald's to the lady who generously gave ONE pack of ketchup, which allowed me to enjoy half of my fries and saved McDonald's a great fortune.

Avoid if you can. Terrible customer service. I can see from other reviews that this is a common occurrence here and this McDonald's is particularlycheap when it comes to rectifying incorrect orders or fulfilling simple requests.
This morning we placed our order and it was incorrectly entered. However, we noticed the mistake as we were handed our food and mentioned it to the boy serving us. He left and came back saying we had to pay to "fix" the order to get what we originally ordered. We figure he was just relaying the manager's request as we could see him speaking to her. At this point, we asked to speak to the manager anyways as it is ridiculous to expect us to pay for a mistake that they made (and acknowledged). The manager came to the window and rudely said if we aren't going to pay more than this is all you get. She then proceeded to hand us the food aggressively. Given the attitude of the manager we gave up and left - it is worth noting we did not get what we ordered.
I think it's clear to say that this manager has absolutely zero customer service skills and really shouldn't be working in hospitality. We understand they are short staffed (as the storefront was inconveniently closed) but this is still no excuse for the poorest of service. On a positive note the boy that took our payment was cheerful and lovely.
Just stopped in to grab a coffee. The staff were pleasant the place was clean. Very much what you have come to expect at a McDonald's.
Close time showed 10pm, turned up at 9pm and the place was shut. Correct your hours because we wanted nuggets.
Poor customer service. Staff were unfriendly. Refused to provide seniors free coffee despite us purchasing a family meal there. Simply because we did not request it immediately but did so just 1 1/2 minutes after placing the order digitally. So stupid as it left an ill feeling about Esperance and McDonalds failing to honour their promotions. The way they hanfmdled it was terrible.
Very busy day but milkshake machine was out of order and the toys were missed from my childrens happy meal
Not very nice food staff are friendly and nice but not very aware of their surroundings or the customers. Also did not wear hair nets which is absolutely disgusting
Awful! Waited half an hour for a cup of takeaway coffee and at the end they just gave me refund as they could not find my order. Poor management!
Toilets are not being checked and cleaned regularly. Disgusting mess in the ladies toilets, family couldn't use them, will go elsewhere. Informed staff of the mess, sympathy to the staff member who has the job.
