61 The slowest mid morning service I have ever experienced. Hopeless.
The Uber eats guy took 3 meals 30 minutes apart. Whoever got the 1st one was cold.
Took our order on the app then didn't want to let us in the doors at 9: 55pm due to "staff screwing them over" even though we've paid for our order. The place looks like something terrible happened. Mess literally over every surface. What is going on with this place? It used to be run well. Now I'm embarrassed for them. The staffing issues have finally hit critical point.
Sadly had a very disappointing experience. One of the managers was extremely rude and dismissive toward myself, this followed through to how she spoke to and treated her staff.
Drive-thru is extremely slow the road needs to be repaired, the road where the storm water drain is completely unacceptable to drive over.
Who's running the show.
The worst wrap I have ever experienced. Wrap was stale, so hard to bite through. Chips came out cold, probably sitting there for a while as we were in the waiting bay for 1 burger, wrap & chips for about 20 mins in over 30 degree heat. Never going back there.
Matilda don’t even get me started wouldn’t give us the right food and then wouldn’t give mate a new coke because they didn’t fill it up to the top. They always getting food wrong absolute crabs
Forgot cheeseburger again. Gave apple juice instead of water. Lettuce was brown. It’s not just Whitfords, Currumbine, it’s a systemic problem with McDonald’s. The menu and service standard is not aging well. Home of the eshays and not much else.
Absolutely sick of this attitude McDonald’s. And this one was from the manager which makes it worst! I got to the window where he handed me the food and I asked him was my food ‘fresh off the grill’ and he replied…. ’Well, we just opened mate’ It was 5: 15am. They opened at 5am.
I have been asking for ‘fresh off the grill’ since Mcd’s started holding meat in warmers. I asked for sausage muffin, extra cheese and bacon and a sausage and egg. I always make sure I emphasise and repeat it a few times because no one seems to understand it or respect it. FRESH OFF THE GRILL! Freshly cooked meat and bacon melts the cheese and retains all the grease and juice which makes for a moist, extremely tasty burger or muffin. Warmer held meat makes for dry disgusting burgers/muffins. Simple.
So McDonald’s, what’s it going to take for me to get what I ask for?

Called in last Friday to get a quick breakfast and ate in the car in the carpark as I had some work to do. One burger was almost cold, and the chicken burger had obviously seen better days - tough and cold. But for a 'phone call, I would have gone back in and complained.
Food is consistent, staff are friendly but it's 4 star because it's almost impossible to get big mac sauce with your order, always left off.
Popped through drive through In the morning and received what might be, the saddest excuse for a toasty ever seen. I dunno if it's a comment on this store or Macca's as a whole. But gee this was poor
Why do we all have to take out a small loan just to afford to eat at McDonalds now days. I know Wages didn’t go up but the produce for making the burger must of!

The worst Maccas I’ve had. Chips were cold, tasted a day old. Visiting my partner in hospital and should have gone to HJs. Very disappointed.
Worst McDonalds. Waited 8 minutes in the drive though to be told they only offer coffee and hash brown and all products are unavailable; store looked a mess too, the lights where also all off.
Avoid. Items missing order. Staff have terrible attitudes. Not customer friendly, no apologies, long wait to get orders rectified.
3.3 stars hmmmmm I wonder why.you guys have become extremely STINGEY with your sundaes! You used to fill them to the top of the cup now they are a centimetre below that level! Mine was even a tad lower than that tonight! Your a multi billion dollar company! Absolute disgrace! God forbid you ask for a bit more and you get huffing and puffing from the workers or told it could "over flow", I've been eating them for years and it hasn't over flowed once! Lift your game!
Ordered oily chicken wrap and mc chicken bite tonight around 6, both chicken hard rock feel like been sitting in there for few hours. Its dinner time they should have fresh food ready for their customers. Very disappointed. Ohhh and coke only 3/4 full
I never bother to write reviews but I honestly feel compelled in this case! Ordered at the drive thru, got half way towards the exit and realised I was given the wrong order. Went back around, had to wait a long time (that’s fine, it was around dinner so totally understandable) but upon talking into the speaker and explaining I had the wrong order, I was met with silence and it then “can you drive up to the second window”. There I spoke to assumingly a manager who didn’t say anything resembling an apology (I get it, they’re probably exhausted, get treated poorly by customers and don’t get paid nearly enough for what they put up with) but I felt like my polite attitude was just met with slight rudeness. And receiving my order the second time, it was still wrong. I felt too scared to go back around again since I was treated like a huge inconvenience the first time. Again, wasn’t expecting the world but anything more than a “what’s wrong” and “you’ll just need to park and wait” would be nice! One customer service worker to another!
