Mcdonald's Currambine

Ordered a BBQ Bacon Angus large meal. Got no bacon in the burger, half a drink and half chips! Not good enough!

Currently having breakfast - Always such lovely service - fast, efficient and friendly. We drive past two other local McDonald’s to come out to Currambine store. Good vibe amongst the staff clearly being led well. Keep up the good work gang - and I love the Christmas music

Long time customer and this place rarely gets my order correct. It’s useless contacting the store after you get home to find the error/s. I now hope that the customer in front of me or behind me in drive thru orders more than I do. Hoping to get that meal instead of what I actually order.

The worst meal ever! Chicken burger was old and garden salad was not really freshly shreded iceberg. The chips was so disappointing.

Friendly staff and food was as good as you can get at a McDonalds.some food was cold but as expected. All around good place to get take out.

The staff were more concerned having discussions with friends than getting orders out. The drive through seemed faster.

Food was usual Maccas fare but the power tripping shift manager screeching at the the poor workers was horrible. Made us feel uncomfortable. Not fun for us let alone the poor kids working there.

Im a uber delivery driver I don't like McDonald's the customer service and wait times are the best out of all takeaway places it's great for the ones wanting deliverys for late night food and munchies

Food cold, not fresh and disgusting.
Half the order missing. (Family box with no chips?)
Nuggets were frozen. Soggy and horrible.
Burgers must have been thrown through the window before put in the bag.
Basically a $120 order in the bin.
Ordered pizzhut and it arrived hot. Maybe do some competitor research.
If we pay $100+ for your food we expect it to arrive edible!

The music was so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with my husband. The floor was disgusting littered with food and paper and tables not wiped

We like this place for a treat. Standard Maccas food. Just wish they'd clear and clean their tables more often. Did it ourselves in the end.

I ordered a hot chocolate, and they gave me an "Australiano chai something". I returned it and asked for the hot chocolate and waited for more than 10 minutes, and I left without the order. I don't worry about money. It's just 5.10$. Yet, their customer service is really really bad. You can read other reviews and see.

Not a good experience as we did not get the whole meal paid for and no one picks the phone.

Probably one of the worst maccas in the world (I have been to maccas in Africa, Europe, Asia). Kiosks never working, the overhead menu frozen and this isnt a once off it is everytime I go there.
Staff (teens) could give a toss.
Absolutely pathetic.

There is plenty of yummy food and burgers to choose from. This place has certainly built up a much better reputation than in the early days. Back then people were complaining about their burgers and avoiding this place. But now on weekends and evenings the drive thru is packed. Great place.

Always taking a chance coming here. I always order more then I should as more then often you get half filled chips, or half filled drinks with no ice.

Quick brunch very quick and rude
I ask for the the receipt she said ooothemachine is broken I know she lying because I was ordering before was get receipt no problem

Thankfully I only get the breakfast menu. Even then the staff (who are probably under staffed) struggled to get my order right.

Cashier was unable to print me a receipt, which is essential in proving what you've paid for, and required for when you return in a few minutes to request your missing food items are added to the bag.

I can't think of a time I've been thru a McDonalds drive thru and received my entire order on the first go, when I've ordered more than 2 things.

I never seen to have this issue with Hungry Jack's, Red Rooster, Chicken Treat or KFC drive thru's. So I know it can be done.

For the world's biggest food chain, they really need to sort their order assembling processes out.

So much looking forward to seeing whether anyone working for McDonalds will be bothered replying to this critique.

It's like to think the dine-in experience is vastly better than the duo-drive thru.

Friendly staff but only fill the large chips half way, might as well just get a medium! Happens every time!

Currumbine McDonald's has to be one of the worst stores to ever exist! The manager doesnt care the owner doesnt care the workers dont care constant cold or old food disgusting chips orders ALWAYS wrong. Even worse forgotten food Very rarely nice and fresh no matter how much i complain nothing. Sad for McDonald's to allow this below adverage food being represented by this store
