Shocking food and service gets worse
Guess my thought for thinking it's changed.
Should of gone to kfc or HJ'S.

Can get busy at times being in a very busy location usually only stop in for a drink through the drive thru or a late night Sundae when passing through the area no problem with the food or service so far

I was served, in the food court, by a lovely girl, I didn’t get her name but she was the definition of service with a smile. She was very polite in what she said. However, whilst waiting for my soft serve I noticed a few imperfections within the crew. I noticed that, the lovely girl that served me, was being picked on by the crew members. Not only that but when I did get my ice cream it was half melted and quite small. Definitely not worth my hard earned 80 cents. I even heard the women next to me say, that her fries were cold, soggy and wet with grease. The lovely girl needs to be treated with respect and my ice cream needs be in one piece and the size of the advertisement. Fortunately I will not be ordering from this McDonald’s ever again.

Was in line for 25 minutes, and waiting at the intercom and window for 10 minutes after we got to them, just for them to ask if our order had been taken yet. Didn't even get our order as they claimed the 3 codes we tried weren't working. Just ended up leaving.although polite that is absolutely ridiculous how long people we're waiting.

It's MacDonald's so it's predictability mediocre. Service is at screens that sometimes screw up and nobody there seems interested in serving you, but it's not the fault of the people there. It's what McDonald's has become everywhere.

Food was ok, the staff just like any others except the kiosk machine keep crashing, the receipt printer was decommissioned for eternity, so we need to remember the order number on screen which's gone in a second.and when your number comes up the staff would always yelling the different order number from the kiosk screen.and it's still the biggest junkfood chain in the world

We went in at 11pm Saturday night. It was fairly busy considering the time so we expected to wait paitently for our order. 3 burgers took over twenty five minutes to be served. The front counter was a mess with spilled drinks, desserts and coffees all over the place. The front counter service lady really looked like she didn't want to be there and was poor with her customer service. The dine in areas were filthy and had been neglected for some time. We took our cold burgers and fries and left very disappointed. Will not be coming back here again.

Sorry to act like a karen but this is the worst experience i have ever seen the staff are nice, so what happened was I ordered cheese burger medium fries and hash brown and frozen coke and on my hash brown I didn’t get a monopoly card i was too scared to ask for a monopoly card so i just decided to post a review about it

Great fast food outlet. Taste is consistent across countries.

Since Covid-19 pandemic, the prices of Australian fast food seems to have gone through the roof.

Some days the coffee is really bad and even though I order the same soy latte every time I noticed they do not add enough milk. Chicken nuggets sometimes taste if rancid oil.

Customer always just wanted to get what we purchased perfectly. Of course basic should always be there like friendly and fast service, clean restaurant especially TOILETS, accuracy including our orders.

I had a great bunos from a male staff who served me attentively with a smile. Great job! You deserve a 5 rating for just less than 3 minutes service. Keep it up!

Quick tasty and good value for your money, especially if you take advantage of the deals in their App. McDo inside westfield carousel food court have been doing excellent service for me.

Always clean, food is fresh and hot, friendly staff. Accommodate seniors by supplying a small coffee when ordering their meal after asking.
Fully recommend to all.

I always order the double fish burger combo.with hot latte.love it 4 the price and crisp chips.

Always all table is dirty, I really don’t want to come but because of my kid, I am coming rarely but still it doesn’t matter which day or what time, you can’t find any clean table, They should put the sign in front of their door { Bring your own wipe to clean your table}

Went in for takeaway, staff were friendly, place looked clean and food was given in a timely manner

Visited this Maccas on 05/10 (yesterday). The Manager was extremely rude when we asked about monopoly stickers “the games coming to an end anyway”. Okay thank you, that is why we came to Mac Donald’s before it ended:). Some people need to handle themselves under pressure especially being customer service and a manager.

Ordered coffee. The self service kiosk had no paper so did not know order number or prove my order. Very frustrating.

Another long wait to just be able to place my order and only through a menu board, paid for it and guess what NO RECEIPT. Another wait to prove I paid for a simple order.
