Great dining experience with delicious food. The only downside was the cleanliness of the toilets, which could use some improvement.

The service is super slow. They take forever to make your burger
Shift manager there is a joke. I wouldn't recommend to order from this restaurant for delivery

Worst service ever and hour for a hot chocolate! The restaurant was much nicer after we wiped down our own table

All the tables had rubbish or food scraps on them except for the one that I sat at. McDonald’s Get a damn cleaner, if it’s like this in the seating area imagine the state of the kitchen!

Ordered online and collected at drive through. The wait time there is horrendously long. Waited for more than 15 mins for my food. Convent but if you are in a rush best to go elsewhere

I was in the car waiting for happy meal for kids and the orders after us been served and we still in the car waiting them to serve us! Ridiculous service….

Overfilled hot tea spilt over my hand burning, toilets are locked. Not a napkin in sight. No hope. Congratulations Ronald you fukn clown.

It may be always busy as it's location is really convenient. I assumed there are more drive through than dine in. The lighting looks a bit dark to me. The PowerPoint that I plugged in was switched on but no power at all. Dare not to try another.
Staff looks so tensed, an order was called but missed a drink, while the two Muslim young girls were hesitated to collect the order, another staff put the missing drink in front of them.
My burger was delicious but dry at the top level juicy with sauce on top of the bottom layer. So I hade to bite the whole burger rather than enjoy it later by later.

They always closed the toilets i am not sure why the big companies like mac Donald not providing a good service to customers. Please someone let then know not to close the toilet for public and customers

Drive through always takes ages and the quality of the burgers are average at best.

Edit: the wait times get worst somehow.

The service staff on the morning shift pretended not to see you, didn't order food, stood there for 5 minutes and no one bothered you, the machine didn't work, the efficiency was poor, and the attitude was bad, should the manager on duty be replaced? ? Because the manager on duty didn't even see

Had asked for extra pickles in my burger and got none, but customer service was great otherwise

This used to be the best, most convenient, & most reliable Macca's I would go to, but in the last couple of months, it's really gone downhill. I have had to wait no less than 40mins the last 3 times I've been there, both in the drive-thru (with 10+ cars backed up behind me) & in-store (where there were heaps of very exasperated customers). Furthermore, having to wait so long (for food that was definitely not fresh) meant that the food I received was cold & sometimes inedible. I'd never had this issue before, but the customer service is very poor as of late. I would not recommend going here unless you have an hour to spare.

But messy as it was rushed hour. But overall, it's just like any other McDonald's

The whole team who worked on the Friday 5 August 12.30am were a joke. Unorganised team messed up my order twice had to go get it fixed after a long shift,
The fake blonde Manager looked like someone who would take 2 hours to do her hair but didn't have the consideration to come talk to us about the issue.

Always come to this McDonald's my order is always correct food reasonably hot and chips salted well.

Went to drive-through to pick up online order and the only two sentences I heard throughout the whole process was "Place your order" and "Drive forward". The staff who handed me food didn't even bother looking at me and just chuck his hand out of the window with my food and kept chatting (I can tell from his facial expression) with another staff.

I don't expect good customer service from Maccas but please don't be rude to your customers.

Even late at night when the drive thru is slammed with 10 cars, Macca's Cannington gets your order done in under 15 minutes. Never had food quality issues and the fries are fresh. What more do you need to know? Oh there's a massive kids play area as well, so you can escape as a parent with your phone for a bit too.

This McDonalds make the best cappuccinos for a fast food outlet. Mostly their burgers are fresh. Chips generally fresh. But they often can't make frappes.the machine is always broken

I ordered fresh chicken nuggets, I mentioned make it fresh and one BBQ sauce.but service was so pathetic, so bad they served cold nuggets and no sauce in bag.poor service.staff useless.
