One of the worst mcdonald stores, I always get a half portion of chips, never remotely filled to the top of the box. Long wait times and almost everytime I order I get half my food warm half cold. Will not be coming back

Since i used to work at maccas, i usually like to give the benefit of the doubt - but last night and the last few experiences here have compelled me to leave a review: (super long wait times without any explanation, items left out or not prepared properly (no ice in the frappe), and sometimes not even properly cooked - 9/10 visits the chips are raw.not worth the price at all, which has increased whilst quality declines.coming home after a closing shift you would just want a quick, hearty meal; you won't find it here.

Fighting by staff? Or just yelling?
Staff yell loud! STOP YELLING. What restaurant lets their kitchen staff, obviously girl in charge as well. YELL. There is NO EXCUSE. Just stop! Find a solution. Get ear pieces if you have to to talk to each other. But PLEASE STOP YELLING. You also might like to employ senior staff who have experience in controlling young (kids) staff. This is not the first time I’ve experienced yelling by staff. Southern River maccas is JUST AS BAD.

They can’t do manual orders after midnight, but they can do through app, the staff was very rude. And this is how they serve the food after arguing with us. Lot of hairs inside the burger. You can see in the picture.

Uber eats order was missing 10 nuggets and a large chips, ok a mistake was made. We opened the burger box and no bun? Never seen it before but a bbq Angus with no bun was delivered

Sunday morning Maccas is almost a tradition for me and my 2 teens.

There was a power blackout in my area so I drove a bit farther than my usual Maccas as I know other people think the same. I have never been to this Maccas before.

I know EVERYONE in WA is understaffed. I make that allowance in patience.

1. If you're going to suspend table service, you need to remove that option from the self service machines. Not hide the numbers away.

2. If you suspend table service make sure your self service machines can print numbers. This is the most unreliable part of the experience.

Personally i don't want to bunch up with people at the counter. Sitting at a table way back from the masses is more comfortable and safer. Clearly they manager had an excuse to suspend table service.

Normal everyday day Maccas complaint.
1. I waited 15 minutes which is okish, I ordered apple pies and its not unusual for them to not be ready. They take 7 minutes. But they didn't arrive and no option was given to me except my money back. I would've waited. I assume another arbitrary decision of the manager.

The problem with all this. Is that being a type 1 diabetic (injections yep 4 a day) i had timed my insulin on a Maccas that is usually consistent across stores give or take a few minutes. Also reliable with problem solving to customer satisfaction. Which is usually some options and a discussion.

Now my blood sugar is getting dangerously low. I was a bit snappy at a parent who was letting their kid play a game on a tablet on full volume. I never let my special needs daughter do that and I spend a fortune replacing headphones. I'm starting to sweat and and anxiety (thats what it feels like when your brain is starved of sugar) is kicking in. Fortunately i ordered a mocha which is really bad for diabetics but gave me a sugar boost enough to safely drive to my usual and reliable Maccas in Southlands and finish the order and get the calories i needed.
Timeline:
0909 order paid
0921 blood sugar checked getting low. Still no order.
Few minutes later food arrived without apple pies.
947 paid rest of meal at Southlands

Tldr;
If you don't want to do table service at maccas make it so the manager can turn it off. Don't just hide the order numbers! That can't be Maccas policy seems very unprofessional.

No sauce in my Mc flurry - you pay enough for the McFlurry and I didn’t get any caramilk sauce. I would had been happier with a soft serve. Spent a lot of money here, is it becoming more expensive and less quality? I haven’t been enjoying the food lately, just feeling sick from it & really don’t like waiting in the waiting bay, sometimes it takes forever or they forget.

The food never gets old but the employees are never at the counter or very rarely they are, sometimes i just leave because i have to wait for 5 minutes WHEN NO ONE IS EVEN IN THE LINE!

Worst McDonald's ever, was looking forward to have Macca's for breakkie but what a huge disappointment, not gonna come back here with my family and friends even if we have to starve to death. We have to repeat the order more than 5 times which was just 2 double sausage muffin and a wrap but they still managed to get it wrong. When we got home, we got one with just sausage and muffin. All were sloppily wrapped, eggs and sauges were coming out of the packaging. Hash browns and fries were all soggy, old, greasy and tasted oily too. Waste of petrol and $50.70 for the worst service and disgustingly prepared food.

Haven't eaten Maccas for years and wish I had skipped my sons request for this drive through experience. Food was cold! Chips were soggy. We started to eat it straight away so no drive time added for this to occur on short journey home. Never again at this spot, wish I had read the reviews before going to this outlet.

Pretty standard McDonald's, on occasion though disappoints with wrong order or melted ice cream, at least you know the food will be consistent

Worse maccers ever orderd:
1 happy meal cheeseburger (got a happy meal chicken nuggets)
Orderd 5 Hamburger with bacon (no bacon on them)
Ordered 3 dubbel cheese burgers (got 3 normale cheeseburgers)
How can u have so many things wrong with a simple Order? Shame on u

Asked for sausage and egg McMuffin meal with vanilla late. Got a bacon with a cap. May aswell have a wheel to spin at the drive through if you aren’t gonna give people what they order ‍️

Absolutely disgusted in the service this McDonalds has to offer. Today I came in and ordered a BBQ Bacon Angus and got it overloaded with sauce. I am absolutely appalled in the kitchen staff that handled this. Hire better staff that respects the quality of burgers being put out to customers!

Consistent bad watery coffee! Absolute rip off.
One Asian bloke that I believe is a manager knows how to make good coffee. The worst by far is the young asian girl that’s making coffee around 5: 30am. So to the bloke that’s making good coffee good on you we see you! And for the other please learn!
