Sunday morning staff who two weeks in a row deliberately avoid eye contact, don’t even attempt a smile and get the order wrong. Hungry Jacks from now on. Really disappointing

Got given half an order so we went back, Carline help us at the drive through and she blatantly lied to us and tried to order us around and slamed the qindow in our face, the mng come over and sort it out. Don't know why Carline deemed to lie about it! And threat us so badly and unprofessionally.

Order was all different kinds of wrong. All the fries were missed. And after asking for extra pickles - got NO pickles.

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and no onions. Open the bag and burger has onions and no bacon. So I pay extra for something I didn’t even get and can’t eat the burger anyway. Wasn’t able to turn around and go back either. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but this store has gotten my order wrong quite a few times now on different occasions. Some improvement is definitely needed. Especially when it comes to leaving ingredients out. Some people have allergies. It’s a good thing I checked before I bit into it.

I ordered a large flat white decaf. When we received it, you could hardly taste any coffee. We asked for an extra shot of decaf coffee, only to be informed that they have ran out of decaffeinated coffee.
Why couldn't they informed us before making the coffee that they don't have enough grounded coffee beans?

The shift supervisor Coralie on duty today was shouting rudely when handling order collection issues with a food deliverer. I feel that the food deliverer is a customer too thus the shift supervisor should have given a better customer service. Also notice that my usual ice caramel deluxe coffee taste awful, diluted, and has no flavour. Poor service even worse poor drink.

Terrible driveway service, too worried about their timer on the window. Get asked to go to the waiting bay and then they forget you.

I asked for a xtra hot Chai just now. It's Luke warm and can drink it in one go. I'm sooo tired after a looong day and just git a call out to see someone. I didn't even have the energy to go and ask to heat up up. POOR SERVICE! AND THE LADY SERVING ME SAID SOMETHING I COULD NOT EVEN HEAR WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. I BET SHE KNEW SHE MADE ME A LUKE WARM CHAI!

The worst drive through I've ever had. After I put my order through at the drive through I came to the first window and the girl didn't even repeat my order to me. I paid and she just closed the window didn't ask if I would like the receipt. When I went to collect the order the second girl went to hand me someone else's meal. Once I finally got my order as usual there was things missing and one of the burgers was just thrown together it was a mess. The attitude with this MacDonalds is so rude and has always gotten my orders wrong the management there needs to do something about this or I will go higher. Like I said I've been going to this MacDonalds for quite a few years now and I've always got to go back in as the order is wrong, now the staff is really rude and has no communication skills what so ever and this part is the management fault.

Went to the counter because i had an issue with the app payment, had the manager look at me 3 times before serving 2 girls that came up after me only then asking quite bluntly " did you need to order? " then used the excuse that I put it through the drive through till, but still was unable to help at all. Left without any food.

Absolutely disgusting! Went through the drive through to get x3 large chips and had to wait in the line before paying as the car in front of us was having a long chat to the maccas worker through the window! You shouldn't need to wait because people are talking in front of you! By the time we got our chips they were gross and cold!
Please try better!

The duty manager Caleb running the store when I was there today 18/9/22 had no leadership or communication skills, wasn't directing calls or enforcing the importance of moving. None of the staff looked like they wanted to be there or looked impressed.then when the store started to empty, there miraculously appeared two other looking managers.

I have a question!

How is one meant to place a order going through your drive through when there is no menu on your display board to order from?
This was at the Bunbury Forum.
My husband and I have been there twice now over the past month and the display board still hasn’t changed.
Hungry Jacks has now gained two more customers.
Good on McDonald’s!

So busy that I nearly left. The girl who served me suggested that I try the new Angus burger and I am sorry that I did as I like the old version of the Angus burger.

I do hope Manager of this McDonald's store on Pennant road Bunbury reads this.

I am so disappointed I used your drive through service. The young female staff member taking order was extremely abrupt and found her rude when paying for order. I asked for receipt but no reply and window was shut more or less in my face.
Got to pick up order another young female staff member. Told her girl was rude she couldn't of cared less. All she could say was 'OH' Handed me my order and shut window. How bloody RUDE!

The one star is for food as was nice.
You really need to teach your JUNIOR STAFF.some MANNERS teach them how to COMMUNICATE with people!

I am in my early 30's. And was really annoyed with there service.
I will not be back to use your drive through. And I hear this from other people also.

I only hope you acknowledge this and do something about it.

Asked for flat white coffee no froth came with an inch of froth. Asked the girl to remove froth, didn't top up with milk and coffee cold. Not impressed with attitude of girl. We have been frequenting Maccas for years will not come again very disappointing.

Got my coffee right which isn't always easy. Long Mac 2 thirds soy. But the beans tasted like they were from Gloria Jean's? Flavoured syrup
Food order was quick and what you expect of Macca's.

My coffee wasn't very nice. Nor was my friends one. She asked and received a replacement. I normally have no problems so I'm hoping it's just a one of.
