Note to staff. If someone orders a drink and u spill it all over the cup it is common sense to wipe the cup! Don’t try and hand it to me dripping everywhere.

As goes with this local area the service Starfire grade the coffee is excellent and the service is always prompt I can't complain at all.

Wait time has improved but the food is hit and miss. Last two times chips were stale and another time, my iced chai latte had glugy and clumpy syrup which tasted disgusting

Waited half an hour for someone to attempt to take my order even tho every member of staff made eye contact with me including the store manager, they decided to ignore me, so I just went to KFC across the road. Much better food and service. I get restaurants can get busy but brabham maccas is a joke

Burger was COVERED in sauce, said no pickles and still got pickles (great attention to detail), cheese is hard, and my sprite literally tasted like mould…

Had a special voucher for Mc Chicken meal for $6.00 but instead chose to pay for the burger so I can get what I am craving and spent $8.05 because they do not add extra lettuce to special meals on the voucher. A simple Mcchicken with extra lettuce and requested repeatedly and paid for the extra lettuce. The staff did not bother and gave me a burger with no extra lettuce and the little lettuce was also rotten. Called them to complain and the staff said their lettuce in store is fresh. I said I have a picture. No apology but was asked to drive back. The counter staff did not open the service window and kept looking away to avoid contact because he was the one who took my original order and I had told him to make sure they put extra lettuce. Manager Mr Lachie came smiling and asked for the photo and very poor attitude. I handed the rotten burger back and said what a waste of time and they should do more than just a burger after having me drive back and waste my time. He said he is replacing it and that is good enough. He took the old burger back and again this time gave me a Mc chicken with no extra lettuce even though I asked him if this time it is with "extra lettuce". I told him I will post the review and he said that is just fine. If the Manager is so pathetic, I don't know what to expect from Staff. They simply don't care.

Tried to used the app to undertake an order however it would not work, went inside and explained this to the staff who were both unwilling and not interested in assisting. Sent a complaint to KFC however after 14 days no response. Poor customer service and no customer focus. This is a business that is only interested in the money.

Just ordered an Aussie Angus Deluxe and it had no bacon, no tomato chutney and no beetroot… so was just a large cheeseburger with no pickles. Super disappointed and it’s not the first time.

This place doesn't even deserve a star
Everytime we go they are rude and make you wait so long
Tonight was next level
We ordered on the app and when we got there we were told it was a 10 minute wait but turned out to be 30 minutes and then for them to turn around and say there was no frozen drinks. To say I was angry was an understatement make me wait 30 minutes and then tell me something isn't available
They seriously need someone that knows what they are doing to organise the staff here and make things run smoother than they do at all times

Disappointing their attention to detail. Every time I have been there, something is wrong with the order. A few weeks ago and again tonight, I’ve ordered a BBQ Bacon Angus Burger and both times they missed the bacon and the bbq? Like how do you miss the two ingredients in the BURGERS NAME, wake up.

Bbq bacon, no bbq sauce (it’s literally in the name). Cheese burgers and quarter pounders with 1 pickle multiple occasions, always cold chips, always a wait at the ordering speaker box. Pretty average. How hard is it?

They can’t seem to get it right. The last 2 visits I’ve ordered a Chicken Bacon Deluxe and both times it’s been missing the bacon and tomato. I try call but it doesn’t even ring and the mailbox is full. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.

Attended this store drive thru today the 22nd june 2022, and ordered a large double quarter pounder meal, a classic angus meal and a box of 20 nuggets. As I since got home not far from the store and my partner and I have consumed our meals, we have only a few hours later began to feel very nauseas and violently ill like symptoms of being sick inthe stomach. As this has been the only food in which we have both consumed this afternoon, we could only believe that the food may be contaminated as we have both established that when consuming the nuggets that they were very un appetising and tasted ofvery poor quality. As i have been trying
for the past 2 hours to contact the store by phone unsuccessfully as the phone appears to be un answered by your night staff it would leave customers woundering if you have any reliable staff working or actually performing their work duties when there is no supervising management present. I would believe management may wish to review their HACCP procedures and ensure that there food preparation is being followed at all times as I would be incline to seek advice from the health department about this experience we have endured from your store this evening. I would also wish to advise the management that this would not be an isolated incident of experince of poor quality food being served by your store in the last few days of visiting yoir store. 2 days ago I was served stone cold chips with an order I had made there, and it would be enough to stand by the claim that your store and staff are inadequately trained in HACCP food safety or just don't have any consideration for one's health and don't care. You may be what you call a fast food outlet, but you still have food safety
guidelines in which you are to oblige and meet as a food store.and yes I have a receipt for my food in which we ordered
