McDonald's Bicton

Very disappointed to not get the two Aussie Angus burgers we ordered tonight. Instead we got 2 classic angus. Had to wait in the car park for two Aussie Angus and one Big Mac and small fries. Repeatedly not getting food delivered through the drive thru when we visit. Standards are poor.

Terrible slow service. Drivethrough has always sent me to park up even if no one is waiting behind me. Will not be back

Going through the drive-thru it's a pain to only see 1/4 of the menu on the screen. If a person is not familiar with the macca menu then it's hard to choose what to eat.

Staff NEVER remember to put bought sauce in orders…. Whether it’s from Drive Thru or Delivery. Usually food tastes pretty good, albeit missing saucy deliciousness!

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years and without fail my order will be incomplete, incorrect or stale. I’d have to say of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to this has got be the worst.
I always order the grilled chicken and 9 times out of 10 I will receive a crispy. Is this due to the time it takes to make a grilled and the kpi’s that staff have to meet!? A staff member even had an argument through the window with me when I pointed out I had ordered a grilled chicken burger and received a fried. They stated that the burger in my hand was in fact a grilled. We went back and forth about 4 times with me even showing the fried pattie to them, and they still insisted it was grilled! WHAT THE!? It ended up with me asking to speak to the manager.
Of course I was moved to the waiting bay.
Oh the waiting bay. I also had a time where I had ordered a hot drink and a packet of cookies. I received my hot drink and was asked to go to the waiting bay for my packet of cookies. Amused, I could also see a lady not looking impressed waiting in the car next to me. I asked her what she was waiting for. She received her whole food order and was waiting for her coke!
If you’re after a lucky dip come here otherwise go to HJ’s across the road for more consistency and better service. In this case the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks.
Note: I’m also suspicious of most of the 5 star ratings on here.are they fake reviews trying to bump up the score?

I get dinner from here all the time. Food is very tasty but check out the photo of my chips I got take away. What?

Just be prepared for the occasional mix-up and don't risk "adding this" or "removing that" from your order. Also Grilled/seared chicken is an unknown term here.maybe just stick to the Big Mac or Cheeseburger.

For a more reliable satisfying meal, you might want to consider heading to the Applecross McDontalds down the road. Don't be tempted by the Hungry Jacks en-route.fast food roulette my friend.

I ordered an Iced coffee hazelnut one it was of utter taste without sugar never had a iced coffee like this.the burger meal was so poor. The chips I ordered was medium but the quantity was less.
Has the worst customer service

Asked for the food to be made fresh, wasn’t made fresh. Can’t expect much from a bunch of teenagers that don’t want to be there though. Classic maccas lol. Limp burger that looked like it had been trampled by elephants.

Customer service was so rude they forgot half of my order and when they did give my order it was cold and stale I asked for it to be fresh and the guy at the window who was presenting (blonde hair, glasses and caucasian) said “no sorry I can’t do that” plus gave me a drink with the lid open. What a disgrace and very much awful service wouldn’t recommend.

Nobody to take order, have to stuff around with electronic ordering system.us oldies are used to speaking to humans when we order.
However when meal came to our table it was bloody cold and tasted bloody awful and I wondered why we gave up going to Macca's.never ever again

Found the tables and walls dirty
With either food and what looked like blood on the wall.
Bin was overflowing with rubbish.

There was a large piece of onion in my quarter pounder and both the pickles were on the same side

Good customer service good fast food on the go stopping and get something the cakes are good and for dads the pub next door

3 Full on blonde hairs in my mcflurry, and im brunette. Confused, flabbergasted and disgusted.

Went through the drive thru and the girl at the window did not acknowledge us at all, just wanted us to tap and go I assume but my partner forgot to add our code to the order. When we asked to add the code she just looked at us blankly and just said “what” She finally figured it out but couldn’t put the code through which was supposed to be for staff discount as I am a manager at another store. The manager came to the window and didn’t say anything either and also did nothing to resolve the issue. As a staff member I know there are ways to try and fix this issue so the fact they did nothing was pretty disappointing. I know hospitality is hard but that was an embarrassing experience. Do not recommend, won’t be going back.

After an error with our delivery, opted to drive to the store to fulfill the order for outstanding items. The Manager Lisa and staff went out of their way to make amends. Whilst it was inconvenient, it meant a lot to be recognised in this way. Thank you.

Love the menu choice and the bald guy that works theres a ledge. Bring back $1 frozen cokes though

Tried one of their new double burgers. McD's has its place, no idea why I thought their burger quality would improve, stay on their traditional burgers.the fancier ones are really not worth it

Whoever is working this evening (Sunday 9th/Monday 10th) has done a great job. I placed an order via Menulog and had to make a change. I called and they happily and easily made the change I requested. Very happy
