67 This McDonalds can be a real 50/50.you either get you food fast and hot
or
you get told to wait around the corner for 10-15 minutes and all your food is cold with items missing (sauces, chips, etc)
if going late night I recommend locking doors as people knock on your door if asked to wait around in the waiting bay, was not a nice experience.
What poor service! Waited over 10 minutes to be served, the staff just looked at us and turned there backs to us! Sorry this Is utterly unacceptable! We will definitely not be coming back. Better service next door at hungry jacks in the end! But anyway Ellenbrook will be our go to from now on.
Not sure what to say about this place. It's very hit and miss when it comes to every aspect of being a restaurant. Some days the food is good, service is fast and friendly. Some days the food is not fit for human consumption and the service is slow and unpleasant.
Worst McDonald's. It is always full of flies and dirty. Takes them 10 minutes+ to get your order and they get it wrong. You also have to remind them to get your order very frustrating

Worst McDonald’s ever, manager was arrogant and rude, told customers who didn’t understand to move to the side and if we could read the screen. Pushing customers out the way instead asking them, really only was one manager even though it was busy they have to be better then that.
The slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too, got kids working there don’t know what work is, 40 mins in the drive through for a medium fries probably going to be old and cold too

Took a full hour to receive my food, and when it finally did arrive, it was cold. Even the hot drink had gone cold.
I orderd just a large coke from the app. It’s quite late at night so didn’t think it would be to busy. I know there is shortage of staff at the moment but the attitude i received from the staff was disgraceful. I don’t use that word very often but with the treatment i received I must use that word. I did table service and waited 30 minutes and they charged me and when i went to the counter they said I didn’t order it. They girl rolled her eyes and shook her head. I finally got my coke but will not be attending this store again. I will drive that extra 5 minutes to Tapping. Not happy with this.
In the drive thru, waited 35 mins and haven’t even got to pay for food yet.not exactly fast food or even decent food.
Went there at 2am. Was given cold food as usual. Nothing fresh. Patty must've been undercooked or something. I woke up.today with the runs and a bad stomach with bad after taste. I sropped going there for a long time, came back, and now it looks like no.more.visits to. McDonalds. So sad how bad the quality of the food has become.
Called in for 3 milkshakes and it took 20 minutes to get them. Every table was dirty. Won't be going to a McDonald's ever again.
Motorcyclist Beware, this restaurant will not serve you in the drive thru if you are on a motorcycle.
Abysmal customer service. We ordered three Kit Kat frappès and not one staff member advised us prior to receiving them the store was out of whipped cream so we ended up paying full price. The wait time exceeded 15 minutes so this was highly inconvenient, particularly for drinks and a store that wasn't very busy. We were ultimately happy to accept the lack of whipped cream, so long as the staff agreed to our suggestion of receiving extra Monopoly tickets and the ones we were initially owed but weren't given. The drive-thru staff we dealt with didn't understand basic etiquette and spent several seconds staring at us, not breaking eye contact in a creepy fashion and expecting us to conjure up a solution to their problem. When we finally got referred to the manager, her tone was condescending and aggressive, her concern for our problem non-existent. She blatantly refused our request without explanation, slammed the door in our faces and evidently believed we weren't worth her time. We then asked for a refund, which she only agreed to provide if we gave our drinks back first. We asked her name because she wasn't wearing a name badge but she outright refused to tell us because, according to her, we didn't have that right. Despite this, her staff member Tamara was incredibly pleasant, calm and composed in the face of her manager's appalling behaviour. She was placating and empathetic to our situation, clearly an attitude she had to cultivate for herself if this manager is anything to go by. The only descriptors we could identify her by were that she was of Indian descent with long black hair and a noticeable eye squint. We tried to compliment Tawara to this manager but it was obvious she didn't care, either about customer feedback or that her staff member was being praised. We try to avoid making complaints because McDonald's staff are often young, impressionable teens exploited for cheap labour and certainly don't deserve anymore stress when they are frankly just doing their best but what we experienced was simply unacceptable in the hospitality and customer service industry. We can only hope this manager is reprimanded and properly educated on carrying herself better in front of customers because if not, she will continue to turn away customers and tarnish the reputation of the business.
It's okay but sometimes the staff don't really listen to what you orderl or they forget to put stuff in so when you leave or get home all of your order is not in the bag
Disgusting food i have ever tasted the nuggets was cooked twice the fries was stale and the burgers are greasy so much oil on them i rate them a 1/10 im disgusted in mcdonlds
Every time i go here the customer service is absolute trash with rude employees that make it difficult to order.
Annoyed.don’t usually have a problem here.ordered a big mac with no meat since i am a vegetarian.burger had meat on it.i’m glad i checked.they were busy, i get it everyone makes mistakes, so i politely asked them to remake the burger without meat, as that is what i ordered.i watch as the kitchen staff member simply takes the meat out of the burger, puts the meat back into the trays they store the meat, and the same burger is handed back to me.i politely explain how i don’t feel comfortable eating the burger and asked again for it to be remade from scratch and the kitchen boy rolls his eyes at me and reluctantly takes ten minutes to make me another burger.
Everytime I order from yous you stuff up my order I didn't get my wrap instead
i got a cheese burger and as I ask for a strawberry sundae I got strawberry thick shake and what makes it worse the food was cold. Please pay attention to what people order.thanks
No stars. Ordered food at 6: 55PM Didn’t get my order till 8: 00pm. Rock cold, the food was not safe to eat as it was sitting there for over an hour.
