Ok to get a bite there late at night but I seriously try not to eat McDonald's as it is just toxic and a poison to the system

I went to Mc Donald’s this morning around 8am and I just wanted to shout out a girl named jasmine in the drive-through.

You were so respectable, kind and your patience was outstanding you did everything to get my family’s order right by triple checking, letting me ask questions and even giving me a few seconds to ask my family due to you guys not having syrups

Your manager made it a bit of a struggle to get your name lowkey kinda rude but I’ll ignore it! I just wanted you to know that people like you are superstars and I appreciate what you do!

One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, probably owing to the fact that it’s less than a year old.

Food was good, drinks came quickly; my only complaints is the customer service isn’t all that great (staff aren’t friendly or welcoming) and the toilets used one-ply toilet paper (not kidding, check yourself).

It's McDonald's. So I don't know why you are reading this review. Foods fresh enough. Drive-through is a time sink (allow longer than average time for drive-through). Depending on who is on, you might get good customer service, or you might get a teenager who would rather be playing fortnight. If you dine in place, your app order outside because there is almost no reception inside.

We ordered 2 ice lattes in the drive through and were asked immediately to park in the waiting bay. They bought out two drinks that were wrong and they went back inside to remake them. We waited approx. 15 minutes for someone to come out, until I had to go inside the store and ask someone. Their reply was "we didn't know why you were still waiting here", "what was your order". Then I waiting another 15 minutes until our drinks were finally bought out. Really disappointed and coffees aren't even that good. As someone who works in hospo, this was terrible customer service.

Baldivis McDonald's store looks good from outside but inside it was a different scenery. The toilet I used didn't have any toilet paper and I faced an extremely awkward situation. I hate that Mc store and I am requesting the authority to take proper action.

Seriously guys! Orders are always missing items. Make sure you check your orders everytime oh and make sure the construction of the burgers is right. So many orders are slapped together with no care. Think you need Adults to work there as obviously the staff dont care.

Cold fries, over cooked McBites,
No ice in the drink, burger all to one side. The worst we have had there.

Still nice and new. Ordered on app and was delivered to our table within 5 mins. Just great.

Late with coffee every time and the girl on this morning needs to be shown how to make an Australian. Tastes like like warm water.

Incredibly appalling service. When ordering through the drive thru, which is a rare occurrence, I was not greeted in any way, shape or form.

Instead, I was asked in a condescending manner if I ordered through the MyMacca’s app, which I didn’t, however they didn’t ask what would I like today, instead it was just silence, almost as if I offended them.

Once the order was finalised, the server replied with a ‘righto’, which wasn’t normal to hear at any McDonald’s restaurants.

Once I collected the order, yet another employee, who I would only assume was either the manager or owner of this particular franchise, was incredibly rude (sporting a scorned facial expression), saying nothing until blurting out a ‘have a nice day. ’

Perhaps I came at a bad time/day, but I don’t see what I could have possibly done to instigate such hostility.

Apologies for such a long winded review, but the experience I had today doesn’t seem to be indicative of what a McDonald’s restaurant strives to do, which is great customer service and overall enthusiasm in the job they partake in

Extremely disappointed as 1st time inside the new store at how messy an dirty the dinning area was, rubbish bins over flowing, rubbish all over the floors, tables sticky, santizer dispensers empty. I was going to dine in with my 2yr old grandson. Now where to sit that was clean.
I wont start on the state an un sanitary the play ground was. To scared to enter the toilets.
Very sorry for this but for a new store not good.

No frozen coke
No vanilla ice cream
Asked for two cheeseburgers no pickles and both had pickles

Large chips with each meal were only half filled.
Customer service was not good

One of the slowest McDonald's out there, if you're ordering for uber eats order from the normal Baldivis!

I ordered a Big Mac with no pickle and onions and they took the buns of so all I got was patty cheese sauce and lettuce

Service was good, but the food was terrible even for McDonald's. We ordered takeaway and our burgers looked like they had been thrown together by a drunken toddler, plus one of our nuggets had sharp bone fragments in it. I'd recommend avoiding here and just going to either of the ones along the freeway

Everyone giving it a bad wrap it has not long open give it time I got my food quick and it was fresh can’t complain here I also had stuffed my online order and they sorted it no hassles.

I paid for my order through the app got the receipt and money taken from my account. They and said it didn't go through so I paid by card as the erasured me I would be refunded. It wasn't.now I have to contact the bank to dispute the charge.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous for drive-thru in the morning. Make sure you have over an hour up your sleeve or you will be late!

20 Min wait in drive thru! This would be the 4th time we have had to wait ridiculous times for orders. Understand it's a new restaurant but after a month surely you would improve.
