8620 mins wait to get an ice cream cone. They completed orders after our order. Worst customer service. If they don’t want to work there then they should find a new job.
On Friday 24th of November 4: 30pm I ordered a triple cheesed burger with an extra patty. I opened the burger in the restaurant to make sure they got the order right (this is because staff failed to get the order from the previous day right. I ordered a triple burger with a rash of bacon.no bacon was in it). There was only 3 pattys. I checked from underneath, top and side to make sure I didn't miscount. I showed it to the counter staff and they took it away. They came back with a burger and said they counted and it did have 4 pattys. I opened it and yes there were 4 pattys. I checked it once because it was easy to see there were 4. IT WAS A DIFFERENT BURGER. They deliberately tried to gaslight me. Disgusting behaviour. I was a customer and a Diamond level delivery driver. You Baldivis lost both. Rockingham has the best team. They get this simple order right every time.
Bit disappointed paid alot for what i thought was VIP tickects to be on the Balcony not even close! And then when the show finished they had already let the next session in! Which if there was a fire would of been disastrous!
This McDonald's has the slowest service I have ever encountered. While we were waiting for our food it took one person 15 minutes to empty 2 bins and all the tables (and floor) were filthy. Don't go into the toilets whatever you do. I have thrown up in cleaner alleys in North Bridge. The managers and the owners should be embarrassed to be responsible for this dumpster fire.
Definitely not fast food. Took 15 minutes just to get a drink and burger was poorly prepared
Went thru drive thru Friday morning 15 sept all I can stay is the young girl manager on duty is absolutely rude no people or customers service skills why is she in this position if she can't deal with customers.food was stone cold also no care for customers just all about money.jam it up your ####

If I could give no stars I would shocking service by the female manager. I went through the drive through on Thursday morning there system crashed and you could clearly see that the payment came out of my bank she wouldn’t give me my meal slammed the window on me so left giving them $30 and I got no meal. For such a company as McDonald’s and customer service I should of received my meal. I think this manager needs to go back to school and re think her actions. Being a manager my self I would never treat anyone this way she clearly does not no what customer service is is. Really disappointed. And I gave them $ 30 with no meal. I tried to explain to her I’m not from here but was not at all interested.all she could say to me is there is nothing I could do.
I was charged 16: 75 for a meal and did not get the meal I ordered, no bacon added, cold chips
I been to a lot of McDonald's stores in my time and this is by far the worst 9 times out of 10 I get parked without any customisation to products, the order is missing something at least 80% of the time and I have to ask for it. I can't wait for the new McDonald's to open near 711 because it would literally be impossible for it to be worse than this place.
Hopefully Ronald will come and reclaim the franchise from the dude destroying McDonald's good name
The saddest thing about Baldivis McDonald’s is that I always give them the chance to get my order right yet they only seem to have done it once or twice. It should be the other way around.
Every time they mess something up. On top of that the service is poor. Zero stars should be a option.
Staff weren’t all that friendly, but this can be excused as they were in the middle of a rush and my order correct (!) and warm.
Went to make a donation, their toilet was not worthy of my sh! T, the place was disgusting. If they can't keep their toilets clean, why would you eat there?
Just stopped in for a coffee, Maybe 2-3 minutes from order to down me neck. Pretty good as it was busy. Polite, well trained staff. Happy days.
They have burgers here which was surprising I thought McDonald's was a hotdog stand shows how wrong I was.

Unbelievable. Missed the order completely and based it off, “we shouldn’t have missed this usually”. Not an excuse, never seen a maccas mess up a simple order 3 times. Waste of time and petrol.
Everything was fresh. Service a touch slow which I guess is understandable at 4.30 am when we attended the drive thru
Went there just then gave them a code the first person who spoke walked away then someone else came to take our code and still didn't get it the code right. Then got to the window had wrong order then one of your staff have their fingers in his mouth not showing the hygiene really is it maybe teach and train staff better.
Don't bother. Useless and rude staff who don't know the meaning of fast food and clearly can't read. Avoid unless you want your blood to boil. Haven't improved in the last 5 years.
Still waiting 15 minutes in the car with 3 little kids… I had to ring the store to find out where my order was … the manager should have brought my order out to apologise instead of the poor young ma …
