McDonald's Ascot Waters

Was served cold fries. Asked for fresh one. They put the ones I returned into the fryer and gave it to me. Burnt fries.

Watched my breaky burger being "slapped" together. Last experience with Macdonalds was worse so I checked my burger and as I expected from the way it was assembled, it was just a jumbled up mixture of bits. They used to wrap them so that at least it was alltogether when you get it it. Now the bits are chucked into both sides of a box, and the box closed without knowing what the end result is. I took it back and they threw it in the bin and made me another one, this time with attitude and exactly the same method, so I left it with them and just ate by hash brown instead. Process is good and McDonalds is a master at that, but you know they do need to realise that food should be presentable, not just salpped together to feed to all the chickens.

The food was okay, i did order a hamburger with onions, but there were none, and i also asked for no pickles, which they did put no pickles.i also had to wait at the counter for a very long time before they came and took my cash and gave me my receipt.they were very busy at that time, so i do understand, but i waited for at least 15 minutes making eye contact with them at the counter, waiting for them to come and take my money.the manager yesterday was a very kind and helpful man.i appreciated his kindness.the icecreams came fast and were of good quality.overall, average experience and would go again when it is less busy.

Midnite not a good time for correct orders and quality food my fillet of fish was over cooked and dry, chips were cold too and no tray for my two large drinks and two large sundaes and I ordered an extra burger that i didn't get.

I was so rudely spoken to today by the person taking my order, who wouldn’t add my code for rewards at the payment window, as I had forgotten to say it at the beginning. She told me her job would be on the line for doing it. I said, would that mean that I need to go all the way around back to the window to order again and she said yes. I said that was unreasonable and that customer service means that they should be able to put my code in. She became rude and told me I could speak with her manager, this isn’t the first time I have been spoken to rudely here as well as the fact that their coffee has been terrible every time which is odd as there are a lot of good McDonald’s Mc cafés

One of the worst mcdonalds, lady with pink hair need some manner. Didnt got fresh food Even after asking to give me fresh food three times. Wastage of money and time.

Drive through not operating but no sign advising people. As you can imagine this causes. Traffic jam.
The guy in front had to leave his car in the drive through and walk inside to give them a rev up.

1. Hot coffee is completely cold.
2. The tables are dirty, and the floor is sticky.
3. Food is in inappropriate condition, wraps are not wrapped properly. Additionally, they make ham, cheese, tomato toast without tomato, and it happened twice.
Visit another McDonald's.

Do you regularly allow staff in the kitchen in tank tops or is that just tonight? I did just try to call and complain about it but considering the phones are apparently not on ill leave this review here instead.

The most racist McDonald's ever. We went there just an hour back. The driveway counter rep has no sense. One, there was a distance of more than 2 metres, two, there was glass protection. 3, it's a driveway and fast food joint. We took a few seconds to pay since we didn't transfer the money into our cheque account. She acted like as if I was going to infect her with some plaque and moved to the end of her driveway counter asking me to wear a mask. We left but I saw the car behind was served by her and that one had no mask. We got our coffee at the Maccas opposite to this one.

Always quick and efficient service. Get my coffee from here mostly everyday on my way to work and majority of the time is not over 5-10mins wait.

No shakes forbthe 2nd day in a row, the restaurant itself was filthy, the toilets are absolutely disgusting very unhygienic.

Any time I order a cheeseburger happy meal here I'm charged for the price of a small cheeseburger meal

But Kids love it I went there because my Son & Little nephews wanted to go

Long waits, then food come out incomplete.no cream in ice chocolate and bacon missing from mc muffin.
Minimal staffing for leading up to lunch rush, all seem run off their feet. I put it down to poor/cheap management. Put more staff on and behave. Your employees and customers deserve better.

Normally ok coffee but the flat white I just got is basically semi warm milk. This doesn’t set me up at the start of a 12 hour shift and at the premium price poor, quality like this shouldn’t happen.

ABSOLUTELY. BLOODY. TERRIBLE.
GROSS FOOD, ORDERS TOOK AGES TO FILL, & WERE INCORRECT ANYWAY, &-TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE FOOD WAS COLD!

This place is pretty good actually, got a few friends that work here and it's Hella calm, nothing bad happens there from what I know

Asked me to pull over to wait for a mcflurry to be made (which is unusual as it was all I ordered). Waited over 15 minutes before having to get out my car to ask what had happened. They had clearly forgot my order as the mcflurry was promptly brought to my car half melted soon after. Pretty disappointing.

Just ordered a meal, drove home, Burger is dry and tastes like been sitting for hours, thanks alot
