McDonald's Armadale

Terrible watered down creme brulee iced coffee, no cream or crunchy topping, nothing at all like the advertised product. Also ordered a chai latte, paid extra for cream on top, barely a shirt from a near empty can was my guess. Place was just awful, no clean, no atmosphere looked like mc Cafe was abandoned, which I would guess is why the ice coffee was not a mc Cafe standard. Not staff problem poor kids all looked13 and 14 y/old. Management obviously have let this place slide and are super penny pinching. $14 FOR 2 ICED DRINKS, waste of money

Got overcharged $13 on my order & got home and there was no burger in the Happy meal. Wait ages to get a refund and had to drive back to pick up a cheeseburger. How can they get 1 order so wrong & it wasn't even peak time! Oh & I was hung up on when I rang to complain. NOT good enough Macca's

As usual it was an utter dissapointment. My favourite part was the flimsy drinks holder that has all the sturdiness of scott morrison in a crisis. Seriously maccas do better!

Long wait for horrible coffee's. Muffin and banana bread cold and stale. Bacon and Cheese sandwich just warm and tasteless. Not coming back!

Buns were dry and the quarter pounder tasted like chemicals. My partners ice chocolate was just water and ice. Absolutely disappointed to be honest. We were just talking about how McDonalds don’t disappoint. Won’t be going back

Never normal a problem just sometimes staff on driveway need to.listen stop rushing through the orders

Waited almost 20mins for a coffee frappe and had to drive off without it because I couldn’t wait any longer

The staff member who helped me was lovely and all the staff were working so hard. It was very busy. Their job was made so hard by the fact that the machines did not print out so we had to go and interup their already busy lad to ask our number. Also I can't imagine how hard their job is with all the alarms going off and ot did not make the atmosphere very pleasant.

Fire or retrain even the manager is useless the star rating is low for a reason. Always miss ingredients. Tonight 11.30pm tuesday 12 September i called (after the 6th time of trying) the manager answered i proceeded to tell him how many bad experiences ive had here he pipes up with do i want to work there instead, hell no i said but do think my friends 5 year old could do a better job thats for sure it doesnt take rocket science to read then ensemble a burger good lord this place needs tlc. Avoid at all cost unless you enjoy NOT getting what you paid for!

Great bloke served us our food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Kudos to the staff for throwing in extra sauces for us too.

Never go there again, no menu behind the counter, scrolling for my food, nah, I'll go elsewhere

My burger was amazing, it came out lovely and fresh, was hot so I knew it had just been made. Lady on drive through was very polite.

Toilets were dirty and paper not accessible. Spoke to manager about it and walked out.did not eat there

Most orders I get from here are either incorrect or I am parked up when going through drive though.

Armadale Macca's is not a great Macca's. You don't expect much from any McDonald's but armadale routinely screw your order, give it to you Luke warm or cold and even if they give you the right food it looks like a dog has taste tested it first.

Armadale McDonald's sets the bar pretty bloody low even for fast food.

Last time I went my quarter pounder was covered in fillet of fish sauce, I honestly don't know how they get it so wrong.

Lift your game armadale.

Brayden Davey was so kind and on top of it all, and the sweetest employee at maccas. It was a delight to have maccas today.

TERRBIBLE SERVICE Yesterday i went through drive through with my girls. At Drive, the employee said to hold.we waited for about 5 mins. Whilst we were waiting to be served, a red hatchback came to the next bay, they took his order and went to pick up. Told them how disappointing how they made us wait and another person gets served and then the refused to serve us.

I ordered a double quarter pounder through uber eats
It was disgusting.
The meat was half raw and it tasted really greasy, lots of grease came out of it.
I dont recommend anyone buying this burger.
Avoid it

Had food from there today first time. Fries were cold fillet burger was falling apart cheese burger was full of oil on the roll. Will never eat there again worst maccas we have had.
