Mcdonalds / McDonald’s Malvern Springs reviews
34Received soggy chips and waited for 3 drinks for 20 minutes as they just moved on from the order. Food ended up cold thanks to awesome service worst take away ever
This one seems to be the worst in our area! Ordered ice cream and one of the ice creams was not even a third full.the toppings varied on all of them, one extreme to another. Did they run out of vanilla ice cream? Rang to complain, a waste of time. Obvious they don't really care. Will not use them again.
While working as an UberEats driver, I have been given numerous incorrect orders from this store. Incredibly frustrating for myself and other paying customers. Would not recommend,
It's a McDonald's franchise, here which serves customers as per their main franchise standard menu and guidelines
This place sucks.never gets a order right! READ THE ORDER! YOU HAVE 1 job.everybody working there shares 1 chromosome.also the cheeseburger here come with meat tomato sauce and cheese only
Always double check when are you given your order from this Mc Donald's. The last 3 times we were only given half of what we ordered. Very bad. Managers are always happy to be on their phone and chatting among themselves instead of focusing on serving people or helping the production line to get the order ready.
Worst Macdonalds in WA. I’ve had multiple incidents here. Quater pounders half made (bread, paddy and a slice of cheese, no sauce, nothing else), large chips half full. Waiting around for half an hour due to forgotten orders. There is something considerably wrong here. I’d give them no stars if I could
Once again they have failed to get my order correct, ordered via uber eats.
The same ongoing issue with this place.
Forget the chips, forget the happy meal nuggets or forget the drinks.
This time it was the extra apple slices in a happy meal and a cheeseburger.
Might end up with just a paper bag next time?
Absolutely disgracefully slow. No one should have to wait this bloody long for this rubbish.
You are not a 5 star restaurant
Oh man I don't think I've ever been here and had them be able to make my order correctly. Today I simply got 2 happy meal and they managed to not give me my drinks. I guess the star rating here says it all.
Also no point even calling up to get replacement because last time when I did it for this store I just got the run around and never got my drink
I have had a very busy hospitality shift fortnight before Christmas, I love cooking but was too tired I was craving a ‘ pickle burger double cheeseburger’ and it was hands down the most satisfying burger from any maccas ever! It’s not the first time either we’ll done crew its just hard to get hold of you to praise at brooklane keep it up guys! Yum thankyou!
Look normally I never had an issue with these guys but today as normal I used the app to order, the money was taken out of my account and then they said that the payment declined so I went inside to try and sort it out and when receiving my food the guy who gave it to me was being really rude and just petty I never went in with a bad attitude I was just confused and was wondering what happened.
Extremely disappointing knowing how good this store used to be. In my last few visits to this store I've had a 15 minute wait in drive through (with 1 car ahead of me) for a cold stale muffin, a cold soggy hashbrown and a coke that was long overdue for a syrup change.
During the first few months of this location being up, it had very poor service, as reflected in many of the reviews. However, people still came to the location (I assume as nobody checks the reviews on a McDonalds before arrival), and I am happy to say the service has since taken a great step up. Lots of new staff have started working at the location, seemingly with a very inclusive hiring policy.
The last few times I've been there, they've served my food quickly and properly with little to no error (aside from the occasionally poorly-placed burger ingredients, but what do you expect from overworked fast food employees?). I rarely spend more than 10 minutes in-store at a time, from entry to leaving with my food after ordering. An added bonus is that it's located near other important stores, such as a chemist and a Woolworths, which makes it a very minor detour to grab a quick bite to eat while out running errands.
All in all, I can't write a very amazing review about it, since it doesn't do much that other stores don't, although the quality has certainly improved recently.
A typical Macca's. Since opening this store has become busier. Like most businesses they seem to be struggling to get enough staff. Service was surprisingly slow and they had run out of some common soft drinks. The eating area looked a bit tatty and needed a clean, but probably it's the staging issue again.
This McDonalds is everything a McDonalds should be in 2022. The service is always friendly, the food is always up to McDonalds standard. Wait times can be a bit lengthy sometimes, but the staff try, and they've never missed an item in the 20 or so times I've been.
I was in on McHappy day, and jeez, it was McHappy in there. Manager and staff were all happy, and being friendly to each other, and laughing with customers, and customers were all interacting with each other because of it. It was an experience more like the 90s when things were still fun.
Wow won’t be going back here… Got drive thru and had a big order had to wait ages for it too come when I got my order it was wrong the person in charge didn’t want to know about it. Got home and the Mcchicken had no lettuce or mayo just dry bun and pattie. The chips were supposed to be large but were only half full and they were soggy. Not a great experience. It’s a thumbs down for me.
My daughter ordered a 1/4 pounder meal with a McFlurry with everything on that.
The order was put through at 2215 on 17th Dec & here it is 0155 18th Dec & she did not receive her order.
Disgusting!
The worst maccas when it comes to Uber eats. They always get the order wrong. Even though the order slip is taped to the bag. They need better attention to detail. I have a baby at home their is a reason I use the delivery service. Be better!
I was assaulted by a group of Indigenous teenagers outside this restaurant in September. Several McDonald's staff members who had witnessed most of the altercation reaffirmed to me that they would be happy to provide witness statements and even spoke to the police the night of the altercation. Just over two weeks later I'm told by police that despite the main offender actually being charged, all McDonald's staff that were approached by the police unequivocally refused to provide a written statement. It flabbergasts me that the staff at McDonald's Malvern Springs care so little that they can only watch while their customers are assaulted at their restaurant and do nothing to address it. Then again, firecrackers were let off inside the restaurant and that didn't seem to phase them either so I guess there is a precedent for this lack of response. Shame on you, McDonald's Malvern Springs. You are an unmitigated disgrace.
