Great food friendly staff but like most McDonald's with their self service machines no paper in the machine but other than that food was fantastic

Evertime I go there my order is always wrong.
This time they didn’t even put the putty in the burger I got. I had to turn around to get a replacement which they said they did and handed me the bag but didn’t replace my entire order even though they took my old bag away and gave me a medium meal even though I had paid for a large. An absolute joke.

The service is great 90 percent of the time and the food can be hit and miss, most the time the food is hot and fresh, however there are times like today for example where I ordered a double cheeseburger that was cold, had no pickles and the cheese wasn't even melted.possibly the most disappointing burger I've ever had to pay for.

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Luke today at the drive through. Thank you for your patience, amazing service and compliments. You made my day my coffee was perfection!

Still waiting in the queue why oh why is mundaring so slow and so unapologetic about the lack of service?

Go here everyday for a coffees, either on way to work or when I am working from home. Fabulous service and great coffee. Staff are always cheerful, friendly and efficient.
I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald's.

Congratulations on the worst service I've seen in a macca's.you could not move up a single muffin order from your previous list and made me and my 6 year wait while you continued to make your precious coffees in order, the 10 seconds it took to grab our muffin that had already been paid for was too great a task for you.so again Congratulations.

McDonalds in Mundaring is the best! Coffee is always perfect and even though it’s always busy the staff are extremely polite and friendly. We have visited on a daily basis for the last two years and it’s always fantastic.

Came here for breakfast and asked for a regular meal and a large drink (iced coffee), when i got to the window i got passed a regular drink. I asked the employee for my large drink as that is what i ordered and she just grabbed a large cup and poured my regular coffee into the large cup right infront of my eyes and handed me a half full large cup of coffee.terrible service

Ordered a chocolate frape wich was frozen solid. When it finally defrosted it had a really bad smell of vomit and made me gag. Probably the last time I buy any food from Mundaring McDonald's, management clearly needs to be culled.

Been a few times when we go out East from the city. Usually good food and service - can get very busy at drive through and congested. But will visit again if we come through b

Don’t usually post these but was driving back to kalgoorlie. Ordered a double Big Mac meal. Checked before driving off yep double Big Mac box. Opened the box went oh only a single Big Mac. That’s cool bit into it only 1 meat paddy WTH. Tried calling multiple time but no answer. Very poor performance all round

Went here waited a long time to receive my meal by drive through. Got a voucher and can only use at certain McDonald's another inconvenience for the customer who now can only use the voucher at that McDonald's or other two which are no where near me.

Never had a problem with the food itself but the service is more often than not extremely slow. Think twice if all you're after is a quick feed. Seems like this store has been understaffed since it first opened.

Constantly under staffed. Twice I've spent 25+minutes in the drive through in the afternoons. In store ordering times aren't much better. At this point you could visit 3 other drive throughs from the various other takeaways nearby. Food has been satisfactory, but not worth the wait.
My last wait time in drive through. 45+ minutes.

Barista was busy but made a lovely coffee and provided great service to me even when she was being hassled by other customers. Store was clean too. Will be back thank you

I ordered two drinks using the ubereats app and after an hour of waiting, had it cancelled. Two hours later, my brother walked down to order the drinks there. He ordered a KitKat frappe and a coffee frappe. He got the drinks relatively fast, however, we got given a chocolate frappe instead of a coffee frappe. This is not the first time that McDonald's Mundaring has gotten an order wrong.

Absolutely disgusting service after waiting for at least 15 minutes before even being acknowledged, then to have the chips cold and burgers missing there ingredients, having staff.messing around in the kitchen. This is a case of very bad management

Absolutely disgusted with my most recent visit here. Queried why I was receiving a small drink with a large meal. The girl at the desk shrugged her shoulders. I asked her could she find out.
She came back and advised that I had to move up to the next window and handed me my food. I opened the bag to check my order and found that I was missing chips so handed the bag back. In the mean time a girl, Sophia who I can only describe as having the biggest chip on her shoulder arrived at the window with the words ‘you were told to move to the next window, here’s your receipt’. All whilst rolling her eyes. I am 40 years of age and can honestly say that I have never encountered such bad service at a MacDonalds.
I then looked again at the bag I was given and the two sauces I was charged for were also not in the bag. I advise Sophia of this and again she rolled her eyes to heaven, walked off and practically threw the sauces at me.
From her attitude I feel Sophia needs to look at other job options as she is certainly not customer friendly. In the 4 minutes I was dealing with her came across like she was too good to be dealing with people.
Mundaring MacDonalds you could be such a good little place but your lack of care and customer service is dismal.

Food was fresh and hot, not too mention delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient. Resturant, bathroom, and kitchen were clean, and they have a nicely sized car park.
