52Didn't get what I ordered, girl at the window was very rude and their phone number is disconnected. How tf am I supposed to call and complain to management if there's NO PHONE.
Just ordered breakfast, they didn't give me my whole order, left out 3 items that I paid for, boy at the service window not really switched on and the hash browns reheated so many times they looked cremated. YUK
Kinda crazy, for a fast food brand to be known to open 24/7 whenever I go during late hours this specific establishment is always down or just unable to provide me any service. If you guys are unable to maintain what you promote, just don’t do it. Super annoying and like defs 0 point. Like just begin to change your hours and notify customers that you no longer can upkeep that - like the hungry jacks around.
2 times now I’ve gone there and asked for a cheeseburger with extra cheese. And none of those time have I even got cheese. Why am I paying for a cheese burger if you can’t add bloody cheese. Get new workers that can read
Everytime we goto this store they get our order wrong, always cold chips, always getting our burgers wrong.no onion, seriously how hard is it?
Got told our card declined tonight, got told to loop around in drive through again to pay, they couldn't show us the eftpos docket, we had to show them the bank statement for them to beleive us.not even a sorry

Exceptional! Ordered delivery and got what I needed and the nuggets were fresh so were the fries. Got my sauces. Don’t forget the straws though but pretty good.
Everytime I order out of here there’s always an issue. This morning we ordered an uber all the drinks were missing. Before the driver left we made sure that he didn’t leave an extra bag in his car and he only had one. I tried to put it through uber but they said I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Therefore, I drove to McDonalds to get my drinks and the staff members tried to refuse to give me my drinks. Wont be using this McDonalds again

Honestly i wouldnt mind so much if it was cheap, but at the prices they charge we have the right to expect more. I can see why your star ratings are low. I dined in not busy at all, my chips were soggy and Luke warm and my burger looked like it came out of the bin. Staff don't smile but are happy to chat to each other while you wait. Generally speaking this is the way the franchise is going, down hill.
Liturally the worst maccas in Perth. Do yourself a favour and go to the kelmscott one. EVERYTIME we go to this one they either forget an item (s) OR the food is made with no care at all.
Seriously management needs to get on top of this, it's obvious they do not care or check orders before it goes to the customer!
The biggest bunch of losers in one place you will ever see. They make you wait 20mins for a coke and when you go in to ask about it, they had it sitting there all the time. They are busy chatting and talking to their friends.
The service at this store is terrible. I understand that they employ kids who get a great life experience working and earning money, but I blame the managers and supervisors for not providing the correct training and supervision. Do better!
I ordered Uber eats as I'm babysitting grandkids and haven't got car seats for them. The store is 3 mins drive from my location yet I waited 45 mins for the order to be delivered and the whole order was stale and lukewarm.
The Happy Meals weren't even placed in the boxes - the flattened boxes were placed in the side of the bag. One juice bottle had a dent in it and there was only 1 toy even though I ordered 2 Happy Meals. The only things meant to be cold were the drinks.
If I'd been able to, I would have returned the whole order and asked for hot food which is what I am paying for!
Start training your staff better regarding the fact that customers are paying for hot food and have better quality control over the food that goes out. If I had to wait 45 mins for my food then there was plenty of time to cook fresh, hot food.
The only upside is that by ordering from Uber Eats I could put in a complaint and get a refund.
Staff at the first window just seemed like they didn't want to be there but the lady at the second window was very welcoming.:)
Usually the service I get at this Macca's is quite good. Unfortunately this evening though the customer service wasn't that great.
I had added today's deal and an item on points to my code. After trying the code twice I was told I could not get my item on points because the code wouldn't work. Without them trying to troubleshoot it I was told I couldn't get it.
I know customer service can be hard sometimes but telling customers they can't redeem points without trying to fix it or finding a work around and getting visibly annoyed is just not customer friendly.
Don't like those automated machines at best of times! But they need to keep them loaded with paper!
Long wait for food & it looks nothing like the pictures.
These guys are absolutely useless, we order regularly when we have a house full of kids (often 5 or more kids) from uber eats, they mess up every single time with out fail.if they are good at more than one thing its messing up and then having the on duty manager ignore your concerns when you call the response is always "we cant do anything about it, we will pass on the feedback"
Your average mcdonald’s.service is good.i like the inclusion of a second pick up window, i’m sure it helps to speed things up during peak times.fresh food
They got our order wrong again! I was not aware we needed to specify that we want "hot" fries! Not good enough guys! Seems like it's time for a change in diet.
