The best caesar chicken wrap I've had in a long time. Table service very prompt with a smile.

Cheese burger with beef pattie and sauce good one.you guys are always stuffing up every order and not very friendly lucky to get a hi.

Drive thru staff had issue with a deal on the app. Took ages to resolve and 2 managers. Food was good as per usual but by the end i was tired and frustrated.

Considering the food is commercial fill, it was pretty good and the coffee (flat white) was quite good.
I would not hesitate to visit this establishment again.

I ordered a burger and chips at the drive through and when I got to the window they handed me chips first so I started eating/manhandling all the chips. They then said sorry those aren't yours a minute later and then said they're for another order then took the bag of chips back off me and wrapped them and placed them with the rest of the next order. I was so mortified I tried telling the girls I'd already been eating them but they couldn't hear me. How many groped chips have I been served

Great for a MacDonald franchise food was done well and the family had fun on the playground. We eat out once a month maybe so was pleasing

Sorry for the worst toasted sandwich they microwave it but for two The happy meal was cold, and the coffee was cold not ever going to this Mac's again, try cleaning your tables. Never have this problem with the one in town

Very clean and tidy fast food restaurant, I have been here twice and both times Very disappointed with my meal. Very dried up chicken pattie

First time here and I actually got everything I ordered through drive through, well done, great start

Picked up our online order through drive thru and as always, i parked to check everything was in the bag. Our 2 apple pies were missing, this is why i park before going home usually because there have been a few times where things have been missed. Went into store to get missing pies and they did give us an extra apple pie as an apology. We got home to find a strand of plastic in one of our fries and also a chicken patty missing from one of the burgers where we had ordered a double patty. I know accidents happen, but the plastic in the fries could have been dangerous if one of my family just dug into them without looking first. Also it's not the first time McDonald's Orana has missed something out if we have made changes to a burger. Otherwise the staff are friendly.

Right. Maccas in Albany has been notoriously bad for the last few months. Apparently no one wants to work and the boss is "notlovinit" as quoted by the Albany Advertiser newspaper. We have been going and as of late, there have been no more than two staff members on over night and they are absolutely run off their feet. It would be easier on everyone if they were just shut. How can a business be that money hungry that they will put TWO people on when there are always lines of 10+ cars in the drive through. It has always been quantity over quality and they are putting their own staff at risk of abuse and harassment when people are having to wait 30+ minutes for meals which end up undercooked, raw or just the wrong thing completely. It isn't fair on these people for the bosses to expect them to work like this. Absurd and cruel.

Apparently no coffee comes with a breakfast muffin MEAL. Staff are unreasonably slow for a morning shift. As a local I have noticed over the last 3-4 months they have consistently become worse in quality, customer service and value for money.: (

If you want to mess your morning.buy coffee from mcdonals albany. You will surely regret it.

Besides, i usually get egg and muffins meal for a quick breakfast. And surely did not enjoy it.

Worst McDonalds ever - machines not working and took way too long to get food. Nearly 30 minutes

It's maccas, if my son didn't like the nuggets so damn much would never go. Pretty quick service, food seemed fresh, few testing problems with electronics but all in all an ok restaurant.

Ordered Sausage and Egg McMuffin, got a sausage patty in dry muffin. Also got a large long black with honey. I am wondering if there is coffee in it. Extremely watery and no flavour. Staff were lovely and friendly though.

I ordered 24 chicken nuggets and a big mac no pickles extra sauce. Well there were pickles on my burger and when I called all I got was oh sorry.

I like to support local businesses, but only those that support me, this establishment decided that it was a good idea to divide the community by not serving the unvaccinated. Will not be going back to that store.
