The store is small but modern and clean. The service is great, food is usually fast to come out.

Absolute WORST customer service from a Maccas I have seen in a long time. Are the staff even trained about what customer service means? Rude, arrogant staff who ignore you in-store until they realise you are not going to disappear. Mediocre food. Terrible service. Plenty of nearby Maccas options with far more pleasant staff. Avoid unless you want your order served with a side of sour-faced attitude.

Took too long ordered at 1.22pm today and didn't get food for 20 minutes. Burgers could have been warmer.

The girls in drive through know my coffee have it ready kristine and another lady staff are great

Rude staff, order messed up, food served cold. Request fresh fries and still receive cold limp fries. Do we really need to ask for fresh?

Never get orders right or things are missing. Recently bought a Big Mac amongst other things and it was missing BOTH patties! Really!

Last time some kids left a used bong in the urinal, but this time I didn't have to use the toilet so 5 stars

Always having a brilliant experience with drive thru here. Hot fries, perfectly salted, burgers fine too. Nice quick friendly service

My scooter was low and i had to ride really far back home so i decided to pop in and charge it.the workers were so rude saying that if we don’t take them out they will cut the power and kick us out.so disappointing that they act like that towards their customers

It’s great what more do you actually want? I went through drivethru and my order was taken quickly. It was a fairly large order.i got to the paying window and was greeted with a great smile from a boy with long blondish hair I can’t remember exactly his name but it started with a D, his customer service was amazing I went to the next window where my food had already been made the lady who i presume is the manager named jess (only remembered it because my name is jess lol). She was also great I recommend this maccas over many such as Banksia Grove and Wanneroo. Food was great and tasted fresh couldn’t be more happier i will be returning!

I decided to use my my maccas points on a free cheeseburger.all was fine when they made me pay for it even tho i showed her at the window.was some blonde young lady.had a bit of an attitude about it aswell.also ordered the jalapeño bites and didn't even get any of the el maco sauce.packed horribly everything squished in the bag.frozen coke was half filled and i was supposed to get 4 bites in each pack and one of them only had 3.disappointing.better off going to banksia grove.always messing up my order

The entrance is weird and the cleanliness of the place is to be desired. A big family of 12+ left after we arrived leaving their tables available to seat. However not ONE staff member came to wipe any of the tables down, or sweep up the mess on the floor. We were there fora good 20mins

ALL MACDONALDS EVERYWHERE YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO PICK UP YOUR GAME. YOUR HYGIENE STANDARDS HAVE DROPPED DRAMATICALLY!

Last three times we've been we had had wrong orders. Coffee frappe was just ice - no coffee, ordered two flavours in the frozen coke - got one, drinks are never full - cups only 3/4 filled, ordered hot cakes - no syrup provided, ordered three burgers - got two and when we dined in we waited 40 minutes for our order.
They only get the star because the place was clean and the staff we complained to were mostly apologetic.
But three strikes, we're out, they've lost our business and we'll go elsewhere.

Ask for cone and it gets served in a cup happened twice now, ordered once during the day and now at night? Also ordered caramel McFlurry.came with no Caramel? Needed a straw too as was melted! Pathetic, won't be back.

The early morning staff are always cheery and accommodating. And the coffee is always good! Whenever I stop in they make my 75km commute to work mich easier to deal with. Thanks guys!

I have been to this McDonald’s about 4 times and EVERY single time I’ve waited more than 20 minutes for my food…. I’m so angry with the customer service and the lack of staff and how slow they are in this McDonald’s it’s just rediculours. Will NOT be coming back

Really dirty inside the restaurant with food and rubbish app over tables and floors. Very long wait times also.

Good old maccas with their McEverything! I just got a coffee though. Thanks Maccas. Coffee was great and tasty.

I ordered 2 ice cream sundaes, a small chips and a thick shake on uber eats and received only my chips and a 'buy one get one free' voucher for a sundae

like? Every time the ice cream machines have been broken/cleaned they have called and offered alternatives or a refund.we didn't even get a note on the bag. What a joke bro
