39Awful, We order once they bring it to us and only bring our drink we order again and they brang our food but not maple surpu or butter for the hotcakes DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Staff are rude always missing stuff from our orders whether it be ordered in person or off doordash food is never fresh or made with care
When a complaint was made on 2 separate occasions both times told food would be “fresh” next time
One of the managers swore and abused my partner when she tried to complain
Do not recommend Warwick McDonalds spend your money somewhere where your food is actually fresh and the customer service is actually half decent
The worst maccas in Perth the quality of food is terrible, multiple times they have left out the straws for frozen drinks. Whoever is managing the place needs to step up their game it’s embarrassing
10 -15 minutes a car type of service. A quarter pounder meal will set you back $13.50 and an hr of your life you will never get back! 2: 30pm
Food was hard as a rock, when I took it back, chefs were looking at me like I was a criminal, never again
Absolutely shocking manners. My daughter and her friend went to Warwick Maccas and she came home and said that her and her friend got a McFlurry, she said that they paided cash a $5 note and both of them got thrown the $1 coin back with the receipt.
Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, my daughter's friend got given her McFlurry first the young boy aggressively put the wooden spoon in the McFlurry, now my daughter got given her McFlurry and the young boy just threw the McFlurry at her and just slid the wooden spoon along the counter which could of had germs on it etc.
My daughter was very annoyed at the service, she thought that the young boy needed to learn some manners. She is only a 12 year old and she thought that was so rude. My daughter and I are very disappointed at Warwick McDonald's!: (
All the dead zombies working in here. Taking forever to make 1 burger even at 3 am in the morning when it's not busy. Manager hired top worst workers of the world.
Really impressed by the customer service and quality of food. Wish we could have tipped the workers but a $100 donation will do. Good work guys, keep up the great work.
Ordered delivery. 5 minutes drive from Warwick to Greenwood on priority through uber eats asked for added pickles got 1 pickle on the whole burger. Manager needs to sack all the useless workers.

Don't care about what your staff did on the weekend yet was subjected to their goss during the substandard meal. The waitstaff was miserable.
After paying and being told to park up I waited 15 mins and still didn't get any food. I decided to walk in and they still hadn't prepared my order.
They have never once given me the right order and i go there almost EVERY SINGLE DAY it’s ridiculous their staff are so rude they don’t care they just want the job done.
Ordered the chicken big mac for the 1st time last night and they ration the sauce too much, lift your game McDonald's it's the sauce in the big Mac that makes it taste good surely it doesn't cost that much to put the correct amount of sauce in your burgers.
Maccas is Maccas. Staff were friendly, but the food always leaves me slightly disappointed. Was a very rare spur of the moment decision on a busy day.
Staff seem miserable.
And no toaster to toast banana bread. And no butter to go with my slightly heated banana bread.

The staff were very disinterested and got the order wrong many times and all it was was to medium coffees ice creams with flake it took 10 minutes
Forgot my shaker fries, placed 4 burger patties in my double cheeseburger. Not much sauce in the burger. Then overheard a worker say "can't he just take the extra patties out". No care taken. Was a bad experience.
