13Just got told by my mother who went here about how a worker decided to make fun of my mothers name as she thought my mum had left but she heard it as she came back into the store for a refund. Maybe before being immature and acting like a higherschooler, you should respect customers or at least wait for them to leave properly before they hear you.how disappointing.
An absolute waste of time, this people can’t even comprehend the most basic request and always have excuses or blame someone else that is not in the office or in annual leave.
It’s been a couple of weeks that I was was trying to buy a simple commercial food wrap machine via telephone, I would have loved to order it and even pick it up the next day or something, but it just didn’t happen, apparently my request was so complicated that they even hanged up the phone on me twice.
With 20+ years experience in hospitality I will never ever recommend this rude people to anyone.
Absolutely pathetic.
Rang the ladies to make arrangements for catering supplies & cups for a school social event and they were fantastic and easy to deal with. Helpful friendly service. Will definitely enquire here should I need bulk supplies again. And minimum order quantities often aren't as big as you might think. Good range of plastic alternatives and biodegradables.

I hunted all over the place trying to find a food additive / confection line, even phoned over east to no avail.
Someone suggested MBL & bingo had it on the shelf.

Placed an order on Monday 24th of June, for two boxes of casings for the 25th delivery. I told them to process it first thing in the morning. I called at 10: 01am to confirm that everything was all good. The front desk lady really polite told me that she didn't know what was happening as no orders were placed. Ask them to sort it out and call me back which she did at 10: 20am, missed the call and I called back 10: 31am when a really cold lady named Cassy or Cathy picked blaming me that it was my fault as card didn't go thru a 7am in the morning. She apparently was able to show me a proof that tried to process it. I think she just tried to blame and putting her fault on me. When she should be just apologising, Being in the meat business too I know that it is tough, so 2 things you should look at for is great product & great customer service.
The reason of this misunderstanding is clearly that she forgot to process everything and tried at 10am which was already to late for today's delivery and told that was because my card declined. Anyway long story short, Take care of your customers, they are the one paying your wages. Really bad customer service. Management should look into it. I am not looking into free stuff or anything, I just the management to look into this. However picks up your phone is the image you give to your customers.
I have brought cheese and beef sausages from mbl.and there just as good as from the local lunch bar.when cooked.in a air fryer
Short haired lady needs serious customer service training. The tall man was helpful. A smile wouldnt have killed anyone. But short haired lady was not taught how to smile. She really does not look like she wants to be there and generally is not happy with life. She must think their getting enough business as it is, and treating customers well is no longer a requirement. Anyway just moved over from eastern states and have 4 butcher shops opening up soon which will require alot of equipment. Wont be coming back to these miserable folks. A note to the managers.fire her. If you are the manager then fire yourself. A note to her.its called a job hun not a chore.
Customer service is abysmal. Went in there to get a cleaver sharpened and asked how much, was told seven dollars. Went to pick it up today and was told $12. Won't be getting any more business from us

Missing item from my order.
When discussing missing item was told " we have proof you recieved item"
Apparently it can grow legs and remove itself from the box.
If this was handled in a more professional manner it might have been excusable.
As it stands i would not do business with this company and seek alternative.
Very poor customer service.
Just left the showroom with my mother-in-law and a woman with very short black hair treated my mother like she had no brain because she has a foreign accent. She kept repeating the same thing and trying to talk her out of her requests. I hope she was having a bad day, because her attitude and personality was awful. She followed us around and the whole experience with her just felt like she was both aggressive and irritated. If she were one of my employees, she would get written up, counseled or fired. I speak fluent English and have been working in customer service for over 10 years, so I know what should be expected from employees.
The employee that we spoke to after that, with long blonde hair, displayed what customer service should be. She was polite, very nice and didn't try to make my mother feel small. This was my first time coming here and I'm not quite sure I'll be returning after that poor experience.
