I had got a pre purchase inspection done for a car. The report was very thorough and the telecom was very detailed.

Took my 2010 c200 here, at the time it drove like an old commodore, noisy, rattles, and felt like a skateboard.after picking my car up it felt like brand new, these guys are the wizards of Mercedes, they gave me 3 options of pricing.genuine, oem and upgrade.very transparent with pricing and clearly care for the vehicles and take pride in their work, thanks gents you are absolutely the most honest mechanics I've ever encountered

Took my Merc for a service as I was told my a friend.outstanding customer service, phone calls throughout the day telling me my status, and anything outside the scope of my service. They give me a lone car for the day also at no charge.will be my go to service center for all my Mercedes.

I am happy with their service. They were patient with me, I had a seat module replaced as it was draining the battery. I gave them an aftermarket module to install and it was a dud and they gave me some options. They are freindly staff and did the job

Cannot rate and recommend these guys higher. Sam was especially helpful over the phone. The part I needed for my C250D was unavailable with nil stock world wide and no ETA. He spent his time helping me locate the part I needed and even helped me identify it in the engine bay.

Took our ML350 in for a myriad of faults coming up, and going into limp mode. Orlan found a series of small issues that were easily fixed and at an excellent price. I was expecting the worst as far as the car was concerned, thinking it was going to be thousands, but was pleasantly surprised.
Cant recommend this place for your Merc highly enough. Customer service is five star, clean workshop indicates professionalism in their work.

Sam and Orlan did a fantastic job on my ML350. Communication is excellent with Sam explaining clearly any new found faults and agreeing a price before proceeding with any work. MB Centre fixed all the issues and even cleaned the car before pick up. Very happy.

1. Well very poor service and not professional at all. They have mislead me with different non existing problems and advise to replace all my bushes along the driving shaft. When the Pedders staffs examine my suv it was the engine mount which was broken and the engine was lifting up and down and causing vibration to the whole body
2. I have bought a good steering column and request them to replace mine which had a bit of play. I have asked their mechanic to inspect the part and he replied to me “ too easy “. On the day I have dropped the car for replacement another mechanic have done the job and damaged the part.
I have addressed to them politely for this issue they pretend they are professional and apparently I have treated them badly. Up to now the srs light is on the dashboard and I can’t use the ESP at all.
I have gone to them and they refused to fix my problems. My wife have called and they are cutting the phone line to avoid solving my issues.
Presently I am lodging a complaint against them.
But don’t use their services, you will be totally disappointed.

The team of very capable technicians and mechanics at MB Centre at 76B Norma Rd, Booragoon WA 6154, are very trustworthy and knowledgeable, with excellent service & understanding of E280 Mercedes Benz. They saved me a lot of money over the car dealership's quotes for repairs to my Mercedes. I found them to be the most honest mechanics you will ever meet. They take the time to talk with you, diagnose your problem and come up with how to fix your vehicle. I used to be a person who would go to the car dealership but not anymore, MB Centre is my go-to place for my car repairs and oil changes. They also said the can-do warranty work and really goes out of there way to help a person. I highly recommend them.

Fixed up my Smart Fortwo and did it quicker than book time which saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Car running well again

Just had the team at MB centre do some extensive work to my Mercedes, costing over $7k, and not only was the job done to an exceptional standard but they fixed a separate issue at no additional cost, undoubtedly saving me so much money and stress that would have no doubt occurred in the near future without their expertise and efforts. So glad I trusted my car with MB Centre. They'll have me as a customer for life!

Were very professional and efficient. Discovered an issue and were very fair about how it was handled - Would recommend for anyone with a Mercedes.

I booked my car old 1986 W124 Mercedes Benz to have its leaky high pressure power steering hose replaced with an OEM part as per the agreement on Friday 4 September 2020. This was quite a simple remove and replace operation which would usually take 1 hour at the longest. Instead it took close to 4 hours. When I picked up my car, they installed a USED high pressure power steering hose instead of the agreed OEM part,
On top of this, upon arriving home I discovered that they had swapped my brand new Continental serpentine belt, with some second hand part, this was neither needed nor required, and it amounted to theft. Because of their dishonesty, neither will I use their service again in the future nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
If they have any decency at all, they should at least reimburse me for the full cost of the brand new Continental Serpentine Belt that they took off my car, or that brand new serpentine belt returned to me in the new condition that it was in when they swiped it off my car.

**Edit I have just discovered that they also stole my car's left and right Lemfoerder tie rods and replaced them with some cheap second hand tierods. NO WONDER THEY TOOK SUCH A LONG TIME TO DO A SIMPLE JOB OF REPLACING A HIGH PRESSURE HOSE!
