Best physio I've been to! From the reception to the physio team, excellent especially at explaining what I can do to gain the best results in the time between appointments. Professional, experienced and knowledgeable I'd highly recommenced them to others.

Wasn’t entirely sure if a physio was the way to go after a recent neck flare up. I’ve had physios in the past that I didn’t get much out of… but this clinic surmounted all expectations. Only my first consult today and they helped me relieve my neck pain. They provided so much insight into why I get certain symptoms that I didn’t know was even linked to my neck. I’m blown away at their level of knowledge and understanding. I appreciate physios who help you pretty instantly instead of wanting to see you multiple times before getting any kind of relief. Highly recommend this practice.

We are so confident and comfortable when we use Maylands Physio. The physiotherapists are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and work together to stay up to date with their skills and knowledge. Their treatment plans are individually tailored to our specific needs, timeline and budget. We book online or by phone and confidently move between their therapists to suit our own availability, knowing that their team-approach ensures whoever we see continues very effectively with our treatment. Always friendly, inclusive and extremely professional, and very patient-centred and solution-oriented. Best physiotherapists around- highly recommend them!

Have been seeing Arran since January and without a doubt know I am in the safest hands to treat my many aches and pains! Arran uses a variety of techniques and will discuss treatment plan before proceeding to ensure I am comfortable with it. He explains things clearly and is extremely passionate and dedicated to me making a full recovery. Arran is wholistic in his approach and sees the whole person, their lifestyle, not just the injuries. He has a wealth of knowledge and excellent connections with other specialists. The physios here, especially Aarin, are geniuses. So knowledgeable about what causes my issues and how to treat them in a wholistic manner. I’ve learnt so much about how to prevent injury by changing & tweaking my regular activities. Highly recommended!

Liam at Maylands Physio has been incredibly helpful treating a specific pain that I have suffered with for a long time. I've been to many different physios in the past where the root cause of my pain was not treated specifically however when I started my treatment with Liam we quickly got to the cause and the treatment really helped. I have seen Arran for many years now and am super impressed with his incredible skills and knowledge! Arran always treats me with excellent results and his specialist skills and love for needling have been making a huge difference in the way that I can train really hard at the gym and remain injury free, no mean feat when one gets older! I can highly recommend Arran and Maylands physio therapy.

Arran is truly a miracle worker. First went to see him as was referred from my GP for bursitis in my shoulder and a torn tendon on my elbow. Several cortisone injections had given short term relief.

After a few treatments with Arran including some dry needling both were but a memory! Amazing!

A truly excellent clinic. Efficient, friendly admin and Liam’s treatment has been wonderful! I have been to other physios at other clinics but their treatment has never come near Liam’s for the professionalism, aftercare and perseverance in tackling problems. I’ve had vertigo, neck, back, and hip problems. Liam has used a variety of techniques to successfully treat me. He’s also given me exercises to do at home, which are very helpful. The Pilates class was also great.
Definitely five stars from me!

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I presented with neck pain developed over many years of computer use. Aaran has managed me for two years now and I've never felt better. Amazing team, I've been going to this clinic for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Aaran and Liam always ask lots of questions to make sure they are doing what's right for me. No matter my injury they get me back on track feeling better than ever!

Liam has been extremely professional and understanding, and made me learn a lot about my body and ongoing pain management that has completely changed my regular routine. There's great aftercare, huge amounts of useful advice for managing and preventing future injuries, and all the staff are really helpful. I don't know why I didn't come sooner.
