Got a haircut at May beauty today and I am loving it. The lady who cut my hair was professional, knowledgeable, polite and nonjudgmental. She’s very welcoming and sweet. I love this haircut as you can see my hair was damaged at the end and bit messy and after she cut and styled it my hair look amazing.

Had a bed experience with my hair extension. I was told it’s going to last for 3-4 months but didn’t even last one month. My hair was all tangled, hair kept falling, couldn’t comb my hair, extended hair kept coming one by one and I had to take out the rest. I’m sorry to write such reviews but I hope this review can help you do better.

So terrible salon! I did straighten my hair but its so bad! I cant do anything without waiting my hair grow out

I never seen any hair salon in Perth have the worse customer service and a terrible hair straightening job i have ever had. Please stay away from this salon unless you want your hair turn out like broken babie doll

I came here to do my lash extensions and almost everyday my eyes are watery from the eyelash glue. My partner even told me straight away to never return here because he never seen the problem like this. The way she applied it was rough and rushed and didn’t even let me see the end result and told me I’m done and come to pay. The staff was quite rude to me aswell. Wont be returning here

One of the worst lash experience I’ve ever had. My eyes were stinging the whole time where you are not meant to feel a thing, felt like my eyelids were being stabbed with a needle. 2 days later my lashes feel clumpy it’s so uncomfortable looking up like theirs a eyelash pricking my eyeball! I even had eye lashes glued onto the side of my eye that’s not on my eyelid. Definitely never going back and would not recommend this place!

I booked a lash appointment yesterday and in the process of getting my lashes done, the asain lash lady dropped the ring light on me, it hurt a bit in the moment but as i got home i had a huge lump on my head.i payed $90 for lashes n eneded up with an extra bump on my head, this is totally unfair and i would like a refund right now!

Very rude staff and not friendly at all, their attitude is disgusting, they are unprofessional people and if anyone not be happy with their job, they are rolling their eyes and saying that’s how it is.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I seen the special they were advertising on Facebook for $59. As soon as I walked in I had bad vibes and wish I had left. I asked for the volume set as that is what was advertised, they then advised me they would be $80 and it was hybrid that was $60 when I showed them there ad on Facebook that clearly states volume they agreed however begun to insult me stating that I would not suit volumes as I had one eye bigger than the other and hybrid would be a better choice for me. When I disagreed they begun to speak very obviously about me in there language to each other. Many red flags while getting my eyelashes done 1. They put glue directly onto my eyelashes 2. She placed glue and eyelashes on my forehead which is a BIG NO NO 3. My eyelashes hurt so much after. 4. After only two days of having them done I had to go get them professionally removed as the pinching pain was unbearable and I felt like ripping my eyelashes off. 5. I have now lost over 60% of my natural lashes and this was after being PROFESSIONALLY REMOVED. Don't make the same mistake as me just go pay the extra money and get the quality service. The way they run business is DANGEROUS.

Very rude lady there always shouting when you discussing a service you need. Acting all agitated and impatient and talking to other staff in their own language and you can hear some English words pop up in between their words as though discussing what you just said but in their own language. Was so annoyed by how she ordered me around and often shut me up when I asked something. She acted as though not wanting me to be their customer. I’m never ever going back there. I don’t recommend anyone to use their services if that one rude staff is still employed there. And can they all try stop talking so much in their language? It’s so uncomfortable!

Very happy with the eyelash extension service. The staff were very friendly and provided the service quick and exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend them!

I can't believe how rude are the staff all they do is gossip about the clients in their language their was this girl she came to do her eyelashes extension and she wasn't happy what they did for her so all she said I didn't ask for this and all I could hear they start talking bad about her in their language and they didn't know could understand a bit of their language I reckon the boss which is May should talk to her staff that they shouldn't talk in their language while they working cuz it's not nice.

I had naturally nice eyelashes and added volume ones, what a disaster, after 10 days they started falling off, I went for a refill 5 days later falling off again on one eye more so I removed them with special cream, now I’m left with hardly any eyelashes, should have read the reviews before I went there. Staff were rude talking amongst themselves in a different language, laughing under their masks, never again, if you want to save your own eyelashes go elsewhere.

I went in for volume lashes and left with less eyelashes to begin with two days after service. Closing my eyes hurt, and my natural lashes were left sparse and damaged. Lost my faith in concept of getting eyelash extensions again. Best way to lose $110. Just take the money out and flush it down the toilet. Less detrimental.

They overbook, there is no booking recorded. Two others show up for eyelash at the same to for eyelashes. I girl working 6 customers waiting. Find some other business who will ensure they have staff for those that booked

I was first sceptic about the salons negative reviews as there was some genuinely good reviews. I do not recommend this salon at all. My eyelash extensions looked nothing like what I asked for and were way too long. I decided the best thing to do was to take the eyelashes off, only for me to realise the lash technician glued multiple lashes together. Most of my lashes were clumped together and very painful to take off. I am only now left with very patchy eyelashes (I removed them correctly). Also the customer service was not awful but I understand why a lot of people say they are rude as I saw them being rude to other customers. I highly recommend going somewhere else to get your lashes done.

Would not recommend.
Went there today for a set of full volume lashes and my natural lashes were glued together and the volumes were attached to my skin.
When I questioned it, they applied water directly on the lash, of which it cured the glue and was white along my lash line.
The itching and irritation was insane, I requested for all to be taken off.
When removing the lashes that were stuck together they used sissors to cut them off. My natural eyelashes are now patchy to bold due to using the sissors to remove. They will not admit to using sissors to remove my natural lashes and volumes. Removal cream was applied only when I questioned them cutting my natural lashes off as she nipped the inside of my eye. I left with less lashes than I come in with!

I wasted 2 hours and it took longer to remove and cut than it actually did to do them. Although I did not pay for the service in the end, please don't wreck your natural lashes and go here!
