Maxon have been a fabulous team to work with! 5 months ago we sat down with Tanya and she explained and helped us stay on track for finance approval. If I could give a rating of 0 I would. This was a very disappointing experience with the director of Maxon Finance. Their ability to obtain finance from a bank was over emphasised and there was very poor communication from the get go. The process of obtaining finance was over complicated with very little support from the broker. What should have been a smooth process very quickly turned into an incredibly stressful experience. Thank gosh we ended up going direct to a bank. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
