Not passing on ASIC renewal notices resulting in an OVERDUE bill being sent to our business address with late fees totaling $350! More then the renewal itself!

Blatant CON ARTISTS. I will be looking for a new firm starting tomorrow morning. Exceptionally rude and lazy management, what a nightmare to have a company who does you wrong and tries to sue in the attempt for you to hopefully forget about the entire issue. I expect this firm to be out of business and let natural selection take its course. AVOID!

I have been a client for over 15 years and have always been 100% happy with the service provided by Gino and the team at Maxim. They have always provided excellent advice, and have been great to deal with over the years.

I don't normally review businesses - everyone is entitled to a bad day, but we had a truly terrible experience using Gino Terriaca. We've all seen the internet memes 'you only had ONE job. ', right? When you repeatedly tell your Accountant to 'just make sure that I have enough money to pay my tax bill', you'd think that would be simple enough, right? Nope. Not for Gino. Plenty of newsletters, expansion plans and self-promotion, but mismanaged our affairs badly and we ended up with a 40k bill as a result. We withheld half his fee - so he sued! And the only reason we know that is that an adverse entry was made on our credit file - which made absolutely not one bit of difference to us, by the way - but the fact that either Gino or his agent lied about service of paperwork (we didn't even know for over a year afterwards!), in conjunction with his fundamental failure to listen, speaks more loudly and clearly about the man than the image he tries to create.
