Went here as directed, thinking they, like I, would just be ticking a box. But the people I met here had and still have a real, and frankly large impact on my re entrance to work, and therefore my life on a macro scale, which I couldn't over state my gratitude for.
The employees are genuine people, they listened to what I outlined as goals and barriers and found ways to work toward the first and through the later.
I'm not sure I'd have believed it if you'd told me before my first appointment that an employment agency can actually do what it says on the box.:)

Have repeatedly, for years, stated and traced the deterioration of my spine and knees. This information along with anything else I've said has gone in one ear and out the other since I told them that I plan to be diagnosed for autism two years ago. Ever since then, these "people" have been forcing me exclusively into physically grueling roles despite knowing this information about me. My life is falling apart around me thanks to these people and the effect they've had. They'll do the same to you. Run and run far.

I have been with a few different job providers and this one is by FAR the best. Danielle literally made me look forward to our catch ups, she listens to everything and genuinely cares about my career & aspirations which not many people take seriously working as a musician! She is the best and I couldn't recommend anyone higher

DANIELLE CRADDOCK was a great person to assist me to find job and I found lot of support and caring on here. She did an amazing job with my case and you can see that she really care about her costumers, because
over the past 2 years I have been dealing with a few employment agencies and talked with a lot of people, that really did not care about your situation, even if that was their job.

Phone appt at 11am and once again no call then ring at 4pm when kids are home from school and couldn't answer then quick to put payments on hold yet 2 mins later try to call back and sit on hold for 40mins so far what a joke!

Quick update on hold for an hour and 40mins just for them to hang up and say call back another time seriously you guys are a joke

Was hesitant to call Osborne park office today because of previous emotionally unavailable staff, who were in fact bullies.
Today I called to confirm my medical exemption & was greeted by Anthony.
He was polite, caring, informative & professional.
How this skill of Anthony’s has restored my faith in people in authority who have the control over your survival.
Thanks Anthony for taking the time to talk with me today & answer my questions without prejudice or judgement.

So beyond rude and unhelpful. They couldn’t care less about you, but will do anything to put your payments on hold. I showed up to an appointment and left after the most disgusting treatment, as if I was a clueless child who didn’t deserve common respect. I filed a complaint and heard nothing back. Ended up being transferred to Northbridge where they are genuine, kind and actually let you talk and explain your situation and go miles above to help. Shame on this place, it actually makes me sick to think how people without the confidence to leave are treated.

Keeping asking me to provide lots of document, but not doing any valuable works. Very useless and causing many troubles for me. Can not wait to change to another provider. Rubbish.

Geez those guys and girls do it tough. Overworked, underpaid, under staffed. Vanessa on the front counter is priceless. Always doing a million things at once and still asks if she can help. New guy Justin from Northbridge is good too. Always has a spring in his step like he has somewhere to be. Not being against the type of people that go there, but so many are poorly organised.missing appointments which in turn makes it busier than it should be as staff are having to reschedule them and reinstate their payments.

Be careful with your appointments at max employment.twice they booked me for two different appointments and l showed up and there was no appointment at all sent me away.kinda got the feeling they just wanted to stop my payments for missing them.also they talk more about cutting your payments off instead of helping you find a job.they also say they will help with tickets or training and nothing ever comes of it.
