Max Solutions has done wonders for me and my confidence, the team there are genuine blessings and do all they can to help people find employment that suits their boundaries while working to overcome those boundaries. I've been truly blessed to have been put in contact with them and they've helped me achieve the goals I set for myself. Wonderful people who offer all they can to help people.
Site manager incompetent does not care attitude van hardly ever get usabdisability cer when I need to speak them. Spent two hours on the phone 6 calls later trying to get v a transfer only to be told by max to call the transfer line. F.g hopeless company they lack training in my field of work child care.the mork er y branch had no phone for me to call to make. Be e n to one agency been to them all nothing but gov e u the run around calls have to spoon feed consultants info about t hge work I'm after yet won't tell me there background
Absolutely ridiculous place! The "workers" are complete and utter clowns! Worst place ever! They don't ever ring you back, cut ya payments off when it's a phone appointment and there meant to ring you! DON'T EVER GO THERE!
It is a huge run around having to contact the 1800 number first. From there, they contact the Morley office or you have to wait for head office to contact you back. Generally, there is no response from either.
There is definitely a lack of communication and I rarely feel supported.
I will be switching providers in hopes of a better service.
It’s really hard to find a car park here, be prepared to take a texi or Uber if you’re coming here.
Worst employment service around time, they don’t help you get a job until 3months go to APM services 4-5 star rating. So helpful and they actually listen
Hilariously incompetent and disorganized staff combined with cold and uncaring attitudes makes this employment agency kind of a cruel joke on anyone looking for work
So disorganised they booked me for the same appointment three times (wasting a LOT of my time) only to send me home the other two times since I'd already completed their 'activity'. You arrive on time and have to wait 20-30 minutes to even do anything. Never answers phone and does not have a answering machine, so if they don't pick up they claim you never called & that it's your fault. Pressured, threatened me into rescheduling a specialist doctors appointment I'd been waiting two months for (Saying they'll cancel my payments even after telling them 4 days in advance of this doctors appointment that if I don't come to THEIR appointment I'll get cut off). The staff do not care. This is the worst possible place to go, do not come here if you have a choice. If you get appointed here, ask for the transfer line and go ANYWHERE ELSE.
Some times the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, all depends on who answers the phone, although Kate is friendly and helpful.
Near to public transport and shopping centre.very limited parking spots though. So I suggest parking at the shops
Won’t answer the bloody phone and try cut my Centrelink for no reason at all this is no fair I’ve had enough of this government department
Went there on time of appointment to be attended after 40 mins just for a signature! Amazing people, oh n won’t answer phone on first few attempts
Worst place ever been with them for a year & a bit no help at all with work & career paths! Transferred to another job provider boom! I get so much work opportunities etc. Apm place to be!
Red tape. They do not help and they make you wait hours for something that can be done in seconds
Wanted to suspend my payments for not attending an empty building. Theyre not even on the street listed. Wont answer the phone either. Good stuff guys.
Staff are usually pretty good to deal with, parking is hard to find close to building on busier days. The premises is fine but lacks atmosphere.
I accidentally went to them instead of midland that's killameters closer to me they have been very rude to me and don't pick up the phone unless they are going to write an email to another person in the room about why they can't talk to me. Can't believe the fake reviews giving them more than a one star rating.
Terrible! Im not exactly to sure what your requirmemts are when employing your recruitment staff but from where I am standing, your organisation looks nothing more than a bunch of fat cats scratching backs and taking advantage of goverment funding and treating "disadvantaged" and "Vunerable" in our community as cash cows
Your staff are terribly unprofessional, seemingly under qualified and lack basic common sense. Im disgusted.
