Ollie has been styling my hair for a couple of years now and does a fantastic job. He listens to my detailed description of what I want to achieve with my hair and he achieves it as if by magic. His lovely caring way and sense of humour make the experience a delight.

Very disappointed. Had bits of missed colour as the “junior” did my root colour and missed bits - which I can’t believe wasn’t picked up while I was at the basin. I saw it as soon as I sat back down and the root colour had to be redone. My back got absolutely soaked whilst having it washed - I mentioned this but it was not taken seriously. Another apprentice did my toner and my hair was purple so this had to be fixed too. I asked for a trim and literally got a lot cut off. I received one cup of tea when I walked in and was not asked if I wanted another one or even a glass of water when I was there 4plus hours. I would not expect to pay anywhere near $480-00 for the service I had anywhere else and I am very disappointed and upset. I certainly will not be coming back or recommending MM to anyone.

I had the most incredible experience yesterday at the salon. Amy is an extremely talented stylist who was able to understand exactly what direction I wanted to go in and my hair looks and feels amazing. I look forward to returning again in February!

I stopped at MM Hay street branch on my lunch break to buy some products for my partner. There were 2 staff at that time (the receptionist on the phone, and the hairdresser busy looking after customer).
Left after standing at the front for over 10minutes, being completely ignored. Pretty poor customer service from PERTH LEADING HAIR SALON. The paradox is that over the last 15years we (my ex partner) spent at Maurice Meade around 20k

Joy has excellent customer service. She was thorough in explaining options available for my haircare plan. Her professional and inviting manner made me feel like a valued customer. I had a cut and blow dry and I am extremely happy with the results with a service that is mostly seen as a 'basic' service.

Very happy with service provided by Amy, Skylah and all the team in Perth branch. Amy and Skylah are extremely friendly and attentive to your requirements. Amy specifically explained the service packages and regular visit rewards which was never explained to me at another branch which I visited regularly for over 12 months. To my surprise, I had already acquired good amount of rewards and received a free treatment. The team in Perth branch is so friendly and perfectly service oriented. I prefer to make this branch my regular salon although it is not the closest one.

Joy always leaves me amazed for her passion for hair. I always leave happy with my hair and she always does right by me.

I was very apprehensive to try a new hairdresser but I am sooooo glad I did because I love my new haircut and blow-dry! After many disappointing blow-dries from various places, I didn’t even bother to show any pics of what I wanted anymore. I was pleasantly surprised that Ollie did such an awesome job that I didn’t want to wash my hair after that He is such a friendly and lovely person too.

Will definitely be back for my next haircut and blow dry! ️

Alicia listened to my explanations of what i wanted in my hair cut, even though i showed her 6 different pictures she managed to capture exactly what I was going for. They even let me eat my lunch during my appointment. The whole team there make you feel like you're their favourite customer ever.

Ollie is a fantastic hairstylist, initially I went to him after searching for 3 years to find a stylist who understands how to tame my crazy thick curly hair. I have been going to him for a year and couldn’t be happier. From the beginning he has listened to my explanations and opinions on how to tame my wildly thick locks and seems to enjoy the challenge. Thank you Ollie, I always feel beautiful when I leave the salon after getting my hair cut by you!
