8For years I’ve been struggling to find a job provider who is understanding and actually wanted to help or listen to me then i moved back down south and got placed with MatchWorks and have been beyond happy with there services and Job consultants I adore mine and would highly recommend this service
It's pretty funny how the job provider keeps calling in sick, but when I have Tafe full time and I can't attend appointments, they're so quick to cut payments even tho I have stated that I'm at tafe? Not only that, I have medical issues, and I've also said that I can't do heavy jobs because of my condition. They're quickly dismissed it and still pursued me into getting a job when I couldn't? Not only that, this job provider also had an attitude with me when I couldn't attend to my appointments.so did the receptionist when they spoke to a family member of mine ️ definitely transferring to a different provider. I wouldn't recommend this headache to anyone!
This is ver impressive that progressive and conservative about the opportunities updates. This is better than what I have my previously for my disability provider services.

I've been using matchworks for support, on and off, for over a year now after many years of working with other providers. THIS employment provider has been the only one FULLY willing to support me using ALL available services and tools.i have been made to feel cared about, and treated as more than JUST another number.thankyou Laurissa, Shwetha, Dale and Bree! I've given 4 stars because i believe there is always room for improvement, not due to a negative experiance.
IV been with atwork for many years now and IV always just had anxiety going into the meetings knowing they are going to throw so much on me with no help or explination on how I need to complete the tasks and I never once got a call back when I called for help. So having Kimberly as my matchworks employer it really is a weight off my shoulders. Knowing she will actually explain in detail what I need to do. It's a big help especially when she always answers the phone and if she isn't at her desk she will call me right back. Thank you kimberly.
