The ladies at Matchworks Disabiliy Services are very helpful and respectful. It is easy to show respect when you are being shown it. Both Sumee and Caitland are easy to speak to and they know their stuff. Thanks ladies.

Must be short staffed and overworked as tried to call several times during office hours and the phone is not answered.

Normally 1 hour delay, sometimes 2 hours delay. You got to wait one to two hours to speak with them for 2 minutes, they must hate their job so much to be so useless. Has everyone ever get any kind of interviews with their help?

I would give half star is there was one, they have never be punctual or helpful, totally waste my time. The waiting time is at least 3 times of consulting time. They said they were busy but there wasn't, they just enjoy siting on their ass and doing nothing. Don't go there if not for centerlink requirement, otherwise you will be really really sorry for yourself.
