My case Manager, Bibi Kulsoom, has been wonderfully patient and resourceful in assisting me with my job searches and acquiring the necessary tickets and training for the jobs available.
Beautiful stress free person to work with.

Rude, condescending and unhelpful staff, avoid like the plague.

Writing this on someone else's behalf. Bad management of making appointments. Claimed to have sent an appointment out to someone only to receive no notification from txt email or letter in the mail. Rang the person on a Friday at 4: 56pm to say an appointment has been missed and will count as a strike for Centrelink payments. Bad service

It’s very sad to see Kelly depart. In all of our interactions, Kelly always displayed the utmost professionalism. Kelly possess’s that rare combination of empathy and efficiency. I know it sounds like a cliche but Kelly honestly cared about my situation and was tremendous help with information and advice on various pathways to employment. Thank you Kelly for your invaluable help and support.

Was sorting out Centrelink to start receiving payments and was told specifically during the phone call (on Tuesday) that if I don't feel comfortable coming in, I can conduct my appointment over the phone.
My appointment was on Thursday (2 days later) at 2pm, I called and was told thats not the case at all and was given very abrupt and somewhat rude replies which weren't at all helpful.
I said maybe they should communicate more with Centrelink to ensure they are both on the same page and telling people the same information.
She didn't care whatsoever and told me I'm welcome to do that myself.

As if I will waste an hour on hold with Centrelink for them to tell me the same information that they already have.

What joke I can tell this place is already going to be. Lots of people unemployed and maybe these workers should be as well and replace them with competent and understanding employees.

Based on previous reviews, I am unsure what to think of Matchworks overall as I have only had one appointment, but consultant Jacinta is amazing. Love her service!

Look beyond the smiles and politeness then you will see that there is not much else. This company has been reported to the government department that overseas complaints about companies such as this. They lie, don't do there job, try to take credit for finding work for people when they haven't actually done anything of the sort. Having recently spoken with their upper management as part of an ordered investigation process set down by the federal government department in charge of overseeing this type of company, I found them to be lacking in there accountability, more interested in avoiding the very
issues that that underpinned the complaint. The Area Manager engaged in a deceptive diatribe with all the skill of a seasoned politican. (evasive, untruthful, unaccountable) and was more interested in covering their tracks of incompetence than addressing the shortcomings. Of there staff.

MatchWorks has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, ESPECIALLY MY CASE MANGER, KELLY, NOT ONLY HAS KELLY HELP RESTORE CONFIDENCE IN MYSELF, BUT HAS AND IS CONTINUELY VERY SUPPORTIVE, ALWAYS CALLING ME SEEING IF IM OK, AND HOW IM FEELING WITH MYSELF, CONTINUELY SENDING MY RESUME TO JOBS AND IVE NEVER FELT ANY PRESSURE FROM KELLY IN FINDING WORK. KELLY HAS INTRODUCED ME TO A INDIGENOUS RECRUITER, TAUA, SINCE ENGAGING WITH TEE I have felt really comfortable in working with him and BOTH KELLY AND TEE and now have a FIFO role starting next week. Sincerely appreciative of the support Matchworks has given me and continued to give, especially Kelly and Tee. Very grateful for this opportunity.

Really good experience with Marie and Jesse Pigram this morning. Both very caring and attentive, going the extra mile. Want to thank them and make comment regards how they both made time to assist me. Inpartictcular Jesse, as he isnt assigned to me, however still made time to assist. Laura the receptionist is friendly and available to assist as well when asked. Infact the whole office has a nice friendly atmosphere, i believe, due to the people maning it,:)

Match Works has made a genuine effort to assist me in gaining employment. Various in house Courses, and a recognised Cert III. A very supportive can do attitude and a willingness to listen. All the personnel have been friendly and professional and my case worker is totally amazing always exploring new opportunities with a cheerful belief in my eventual success.

Not helpful in finding work, dark gloomy office, staff not speaking clearly and speak too quickly. Not inertested in find work for some people, reluctant to give information on how to find work.
