5Amazing stuff and everyone is just so friendly and positive would highly recommend them
After four sessions, which I feel is adequate time to build a therapeutic relationship, I feel I’ve wasted my time and money. Despite me making my expectations clear, the therapist clearly demonstrated very little knowledge regarding the issues for which I was attending. Disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend. In reply to you, how would you resolve this? You can’t give me my time or effort back. I feel I gave the psychologist ample opportunity.
Very welcoming admin team at the front desk and psychologist was easy to talk to and explained the assessment process in a way to make it seem less daunting.
Very professional and welcoming admin team, great service, all around a very positive place to be.
