So pleased that Rob has reopened his salon after a short break! I have unfortunate cow licks and fine hair, and Rob is the first hairdresser I’ve had who cuts it to minimise the problems.

Yesterday (26 March 2020) I had an appointment with Rob under the new rules introduced to minimise the spread of COVID-19. Rob had a hand washing station set up just outside the salon door - this hand washing was a requirement for his safety. The salon was clean (it always is!) and there was hand sanitiser and Glen-20 available for my use. Also, Rob's recently completed accreditation in COVID-19 hygiene requirements certificate was on display. As required, I was the only client present. At the end of the appointment, I paid using tap and go rather than cash. Hand washing after my appointment was a safety measure for my health. Well done Rob! And my hair looked FAB!

Back 4 June for a cut, colour and dry/iron. As usual, the service, conversation and coffee were 5-star! Love catching up on all your news Rob. See you again soon. If you haven't tried Mastercutters, do yourself (and your wallet) a favour and give Rob a go. Way less expensive than the salons at the shopping centre and much better service. He really knows his products and trade.

I've been a client of Rob's for 4 years. He always does a great job on my hair (which is extremely long and dead straight). Nothing is too much trouble for him. Always enjoy the conversation and he makes a great cup of coffee, too!

It’s my first visit to Rob’s Mastercutter home hair dressing salon. Rob fixed my not so good last hair cut and he also blended my colours differently, which looks so much better now and I too, left the salon feeling fabulous.
