I have had shoulder pain on and off for five years from weight lifting and thought I was destined to never bench press again like a lot of other guys in their late 20's with shoulder issues. After wasting a lot of time and money on different chiropractors with only temporary relief at best, I was recommended by a friend (a former national bodybuilding champion) to see Malcolm and he has been fantastic. He not only nails the exact right spots to free up my shoulder, but he also teaches me corrective exercises and stretches to prevent the problem from recurring - infact after about 6 sessions I didn't have to see him for a whole year!
