I personally highly recommend mass resources, since I got enrolled I never had any issues finding a job, the process is super easy and gets you ln going really fast, I was very lucky to have Sasha as my agent she has always been very professional, friendly, with an excellent communication, which is essential to help me find the roles that better fit my time requirements or to express my concerns about a role. Considering I've worked with Mass a few times over the last 10 years I find it very disappointing that in am still ringing to find out why I wasn't paid my wages before New Years. So now my opinion has changed, big deal, if I'd known they pay my superannuation quarterly and not weekly then I'd probably have soured this job another way. It's been 3 days since I first contacted them about this issue

Highly recommend Mass they were very quick to respond with a job I applied for but not just that the representative I had was also amazing she was very quick to help whenever I needed would call and check up to make sure the job was going well. I was a loader operator with a civil engineering firm for 18 years and had a motorcycle accident on the way to work in 2015. I was pretty sure I would not work again but for several reasons I won't go into I decided to go back to work in January 2022. I was put onto Mass Resources, got an interview and in no time got back to work, everything fell back in to place and in no time got back work like I had never left. Mass Resources have been totally 100% behind me looked after me and got me work with a company I'm finding very satisfied with. Carrie Murphy is the young lady who has tottay been there for every problem I have had, small or large and fixed every one, 10 out of 10 for every thing that girl does she has my total respect and admiration, she has put me in a really good position

What a joke of a company. It's all about how much money the new general manager can make out of his staff. It used to be good. Now they are constantly looking for staff because no one wants to work there. I'd never work for them again. Waited for weeks to be sent to site. Ended up taking a different job because I was sick of waiting. RUN!

Mass resources is a fantastic recruitment agency to work with. I always had plenty of work and the wages were very competitive. I was always sent to safe job sites, the office always handled any issues I may of had very quickly and efficiently. I would and have recommended this agency to many of my friends.
