Most cyclists will know this is a great place to grab a coffee and some replenishment at the top of the Zig Zag's before you enjoy the return journey - awesome coffee, plenty of space to sit inside or out and worth the climb for!

Great coffee and delicious food. The fried chicken burger is an absolute delight. Service is okay, too. A positive experience all over.

I dropped in for breakfast today and was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered poached eggs and bacon on toast from a waitress (no, I'll never use that ghastly term waitperson). I complimented her on her lovely welcoming smile (I'll probably go to hell for that one too), and that clearly cheered her. I ordered fresh OJ and was offered today's juice, orange and apple, which I accepted.

I toddled off to my table to read the news on my phone. Note to the establishment - having a paper to read would have been great. I mentioned that in passing later to my daughter who said "that's just for old farts", to which I replied "and your point is?) I'm 71

Anyhow the meal came. Coupla points. The eggs were perfect, but a little small. The sourdough was beautiful, having been touched with real charcoal. Fantastic! AND, my knife was sharp! So many breakfast joints serve sourdough but provide blunt knives. That's a total no-no for me. The bacon was quite thick and very tasty but maybe a little too salty.

So all in all, a great experience - I'll be back:) Well done

Loved the toasties here! The old school one with baked beans is extremely nostalgic!
Food came fast, flavors were great! Coffee was also very good! Highly recommended.

Good place to eat, chips and gnocchi were very good, service was nice and food came out fast for it being so busy:) Only thing is the serving size (gnocchi) was a bit small for the price. Would be good to have more vegetarian options for lunch!

Delicious food! The Bacon is next level, crispy, meaty and tender all in one. Really good service and hardly ever have to wait long for food and drinks to come out.

Overall great place to go

Had the worked scrambled eggs with side serving of crispy bacon. The scrambled eggs had topping of Parmesan cheese, very over powering, tried to scrap most of it off, otherwise would have been great. The bacon was very thick and delicious, received five rashings and couldn’t eat all, couple for Duccie. Coffee was delicious, excellent crème and cafe very vibrant and friendly staff.

Overall, recommended but will try normal scrambled eggs…

Had breakfast here last week the food was very ordinary. Wouldn't bother coming back.

Food and coffee has always been great. I would recommend getting in early over the weekend, plenty of seating and then 5mins later it is packed.
Only draw back is that it can get quite loud inside.

Exactly what I want from a modern Cafe
Delicious pulled pork burger, awesome strawberry smoothie and a fresh blueberry muffin. And the staff were friendly. Polite and professional. What a great experience!

Im a Chef and the food is absolutely divine creative and delicious, definitely the best turmeric mango smoothie I've ever had and beautiful service. I recommend this cafe 200%

First time in on recommendation of cousin. This place typifies all that's great about the Aussie lifestyle. Relaxed, quick service and great variety on the menu.
