They have what you want, plus surly service galore. Wanted boat hubs, and they only had black, his answer was well they are going to rust anyway, take the back unpainted!

I always shop here as they have good range and prices. You need to be happy with standing around for a while like you’re invisible and rude service once they do acknowledge your existence. As friendly service to me is more important than price, unfortunately they lose 3 stars from me.

Last time I go back to place, sick some of the rude condescending A holes that work at this joint. One time I bought full axle and spring set up and was served by the rude older tall bald headed git, had to carry it all to car by myself, 4 trips through a glass door which you have open as well. Last week I was served by an older short D head who would rather send me to Osborne park than order something in for me. When pressed to find out a price for the items, he came back, told me the price plus freight. When asked how much was freight, he annoyingly replied “I don’t know”. I told him to forget about it and walked out. I also remember talking to someone called John on the phone a few months ago who was also one of the gits I have had to deal with. On a positive note Shane and Brenton have been very helpful when I have talked to to them on the phone, unfortunately you don’t often get the same person when you go in. I will be going to Mullins from now on. I have been fixing trailers/floats for a while now and I also work at a well known auto parts store and have actually been sending customers MT for parts we don’t do. Not ANYMORE!

As others have said, the over the counter service is dismissive, condescending, rude and disrespectful. Be ready to ask all the right questions as no information will be freely provided, this makes obtaining the correct items for your job or project extremely hard work.

Gentleman on the phone was helpful and polite.
He must not work at the Bayswater branch as the older male I encountered was quite rude and dimissive when I started asking further questions regarding a parts dimensions. I was dismissed and told to go talk to a part supplier for my car. (I would have rathered a reccomendation for a local fabricator).
Being female and admitting i didn't know something probably didn't help my case. So if you go in there, make sure you are male and already know everything.

As others have said. Great range of parts and the guys on the phone are very helpful.
Pity the same can not be said when actually going to the counter at the Bassendean branch.
Kind of dismissive and not very interested, not particularly impressed after such good phone service.
Could not be less interested when I told him that I could get it cheaper direct from the manufacturer.
After the could not give 2 F's attitude I bought it online direct, was cheaper even with the shipping. Go figure.

Went in a while ago with a description of a part only and the manufacturers name, the bloke behind the counter knew the manufacturer and the parts they bought. I was sorted in under 15minutes. Today, I went in with an unusual request and after milling around the showroom for all of 10 seconds “are you right, looking for something in particular? ” I described my plan (not trailer related) and had parts in my hands in no time at all. Both times, great service, great knowledge and fair & reasonable prices. Thanks MTP team.

What a great business. If you need to be able to choose from a huge range, get great advice and great customer service then Martins would be a ripper business to buy your trailer parts from. Axels bearings, suspension, lights, electric plates, hitches, anything to do with a trailer. My last trip was for the suspension parts for a $38,000 caravan. All in stock, all at a great price. Thanks guys.

Last time with these guys. If your not spending 2k a month with a credit account for trade these guys dont want to know you. SO hit and miss every visit, even as a tradeperson with a business to repair trailers. Ebay easier.

Worst customer service. Went in with a photo of the bearings and the specific bearing numbers I’d bought from them (Bayswater) last time and the bloke said he’d never seen them in the 15 years he’d been there. Rudely told me that I didn’t get the bearings from his shop and that I could go and find it myself if I didn’t believe him. Bought them less than 12 months prior from him for the second time. Went to the Wangara branch and the bloke didn’t even hesitate. Went and got exactly what I needed all from the same photo! Clearly 15 years has been wasted on the Bayswater bloke. We come to the specialised shops for help not to be spoken to like Idiots. Cheers

Went there with trailer to get quote said I want everything under trailer. Get there to pick parts up only half of the parts there. Very lack of organization and very poor staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Probably the most unfriendly bunch of salesman I come across (Bassendean branch). It's a shame as their selection is pretty good and they are pretty close. I recommend buying online from their homepage or go somewhere else.

Top service. Young bloke noticed my trailer brakes were installed upside down and let me know. Probably saved an accident somewhere down the line.

They told me to come in to the shop to get the right trailer bracket only to be told at the counter they don't sell the type I asked for. Why didn't they say that in the first place. Bad service.

Worst service I have experienced from an individual, served by Peter Hewitt, tall slender bloke. Asked for assistance to get parts for my trailer. Had a fair idea of what I was after however I was treated like an idiot and I had to prompt him as to what I might require.
Store has a great selection of parts however I'll never go there again due to "pathetic' Peter.
