Reasonably priced, fast turnaround, professional result - couldn't ask for more. I only had 2 items to embroider, and was turned away from another store, who then recommended Mars. Also appears to be a small family run business, which is great to support. Would return with my business in future.

Had some towels recently embroidered, they did a good job and reasonably priced.
Customer service skills could do with a bit of improving.

Always does a perfect job. Keeps your jobs on file so you don't have to repeat setup fees. Their embroidery lasts longer than the clothes themselves!
